The house is new on the market, newly renovated and lovingly furnished by us. Relax on the panoramic terraces and enjoy the unique view of the sea and mountains from 680 m altitude on the sunny west side. Absolutely quiet, surrounded by nature, right on the edge of the nature reserve Caldera de Taburiente.
Countless fruit trees - depending on the season - invite you to snack on the 4000 m² garden plot: mangos, apricots, peaches, avocados, surinam cherries and much more.
We operate a biofinca further down the mountain and can offer you fresh organic products such as eggs and vegetables. For insider tips about the Isla Bonita, we are very happy to speak German available.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful hiking tours of the island. A silent vantage point in the caldera and the port of Tazacorte is just a few meters from the house.
You can go shopping in town. The second island capital of Los Llanos can be reached in just 25 minutes by car. The beach with the most hours of sunshine on the island and quaint fish restaurants is about 20 minutes away by car.

Cancellation terms:
Regardless of the timing of the cancellation, the agreed rental price minus our saved expenses (10%) will be charged. Therefore, 90% of the rental price is due. However, we will make every effort to lease the vacation home to someone else in each case. We explicitly commit to informing the guest who withdraws from the contract about other rentals during the canceled period and to accordingly reduce the rental price due. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

We enjoyed it very much!
We enjoyed our time at Casa Brava very much. The location in the middle of nature suited us - non-motorised holidaymakers - very well. The bus stop is a short walk away (children 6 and 8 years old)
We found the house clean and functionally furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. Of course we appreciated the washing machine
The landlords are very friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. We felt totally comfortable, so that we are already planning our next holiday
