Very quiet and yet central, that is the oasis of Casa Tali. Tacande is an ideal starting point to explore the island, as you can reach the beach or the mountains in the national or nature park in 15 minutes. It takes you less than 5 minutes to drive to El Paso for shopping.
The house is small but equipped above average. Neither induction stove, portafilter coffee machine, air conditioning/heat exchanger nor spacious outdoor area with two partially covered terraces are missing. It is supplied with spring water from the mountains and produces electricity sustainably via a solar system. This system feeds surplus energy into the grid so that, even after sunset, there is always enough energy available through a solar cloud.
The private property is 7,000 m² in size and offers corresponding privacy. You park directly in front of the house.

Casa Tali is located in the quiet Barrio Tacande de abajo, less than 5 minutes by car south of El Paso, on the west side of the island at 690m above sea level. The property offers views of the mountains and the Atlantic with wonderful sunsets. In front of the house there are two terraces, one of which is covered and allows you to relax in the shade from the sun. If you want to be even more comfortable, you can also hang up the hammock. The second terrace is ideal as a place for breakfast. There is a large wooden table with enough chairs.
The entire private property, on which there are no other houses, is 7,000 m² in size. The garden with tropical plants covers about 3,000 m². It is green all around the house. At the entrance there are yucca, cacti, oleander, and olive trees; in front of the terrace facing west, olive, avocado, and dragon trees, to name just a few.
