Discover the charm of Casa Afuera, an idyllic holiday home in La Punta de Tijarafe on the beautiful Canary Island of La Palma. This exclusive retreat offers a perfect escape for two people with a spacious 64 square metres of living space, including a tastefully decorated bedroom and a modern bathroom. In the garden you will find a private infinity pool with a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains.

With panoramic views of the countryside of the rural village of La Punta, the mountains, the vast ocean and the old Camino Real, Casa Afuera sits like a bird's nest above the Canary Landscape. Enjoy the flowery garden or put on your walking boots and follow the old Camino Real for a varied walk across the island of eternal spring.

When the walking boots come off, it is time to relax at the edge of the beautifully situated heated infinity pool. Of course, the use of the pool is only for the guests of Casa Afuera. And when the colours disappear from the surrounding landscape after a bright red sunset, you are treated to a starry sky that shines almost nowhere as brightly as on La Palma.

In Casa Afuera you will find a spacious living room with dimmable lighting, infrared heating and a smart TV. The internet is lightning fast with fibre optic connection. The generously equipped open kitchen is modern and equipped with all conveniences. In the bedroom there is a spacious double bed of 160 x 210. The high wooden roofs are stylisticly related to the former Canarian farmhouses and were made by a local artisan carpenter. Through the many large windows you have a wide view of the garden and the ocean from the house.

Finca Las Prinsas is a former avocado plantation on which 2 modern holiday homes for 2 people have been built, Casa Afuera and Casa Alegría. Both holiday homes are detached and are located in a spacious private flowery garden. Finca Las Prinsas is energy neutral, we only use renewable energy sources. All energy for the Finca is generated by a solar energy installation on the edge of the property. In our sunny climate, that seems only logical. The village of La Punta falls climatologically under the neighboring Tazacorte, the village with the most hours of sunshine in Europe.
The water we use in both holiday homes and the gardens originates directly from a source in the mountain.

Location and surroundings of object

La Punta is a small rural community on the northwest side of La Palma with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The beach of Puerto de Tazacorte is a 15 minute drive away and Los Llanos de Aridane is 20 minutes away. In La Punta, within walking distance, there are 2 small supermarkets and 4 bars where you can get a simple and honest meal.
