The villa is set within a beautifully landscaped lush garden with fruit trees, flowers and palm trees. From the terrace and sauna you look out over the solar-heated pool to the Atlantic Ocean and the Caldera. The property with five double bedrooms and four bathrooms offers a total of 320 sqm of living space and comfort for groups of up to 12 people (8 in the Villa, 4 in the separate guesthouse which can be rented separately) (+maximum two infants under 2 in a cot free of charge).
From the spacious living/dining area as well as the kitchen and the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, in the upper part of the house you can enjoy the perfect sea view. One of the bedrooms in the lower part of the house has its own terrace door. The other bedroom with its 3 large windows offers a beautiful view into the garden and towards the sea.
In 2 of the 5 bedrooms the beds can also be made up as single beds. On request, we can provide a maximum of 2 baby beds free of charge (as well as a high chair, baby bath, changing table and stair guard for indoors); however, supervision is required for small children, as there are various walls and stairs on the property. The pool area is fully fenced.
Fireplace, air conditioning, underfloor heating, sauna, table tennis, table football and a private 75 sqm solar-heated salt water pool with counter-current etc. will make your stay as pleasant as possible. WLAN, satellite smart TV and stereo system as well as BOSE box provide electronic entertainment.
Natural stone bathrooms, original art, high-quality furnishing, extra-long beds (180 cm x 220 cm) in 3 of the 5 bedrooms, lavish kitchen equipment from Thermomix to fully automatic coffee machine to Weber Genesis gas grill, cleaning service and linen change after 1 week, personal care make your stay a unique experience. Thanks to a large photovoltaic system, you can also charge your e-car during the day at the in-house charging station.
The available bedrooms are opened depending on the number of guests (1 bedroom = 2 persons). The guest house (fifth bedroom and fourth bathroom) is always opened from a number of 9 persons, otherwise for an additional payment. The guest house is never rented to another party. The entire property is at your sole disposal. Basic equipment of dishwasher tabs, washing powder, hand soap and spices as well as a welcome package with a selection of drinks and fresh fruit are of course provided. If you wish, we can also fill the fridge before your arrival!

The villa is located at an altitude of approx. 600 m in a zone with loose development on a 10,000 sqm plot with unobstructed views of the sea, the Aridane valley and the Caldera mountains.

Es kann auch ein Ersatzmieter gestellt werden. Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittversicherung. Der Vermieter behält sich die Kündigung des Mietvertrages vor, sofern die Zahlungen nicht fristgerecht geleistet werden. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass der Gast das Anreiserisiko trägt, d.h., dass z.B. das Fehlen von Direktflügen kein Grund für eine kostenlose Stornierung ist.

The pool is solar heated. Especially in winter, a pleasant bathing temperature cannot be guaranteed, as the pool does not have a cover and the temperatures are thus highly dependent on the weather. We are currently planning a Jacuzzi on the main terrace to enjoy the view from the warm water even on cooler days. Photos will follow as soon as this is available.
