The property (villa and casa) is located at approximately 600 m altitude in an area with sparse development on a 13,000 sqm plot with an unobstructable view of the sea, the Aridane Valley, and the Caldera mountains. Both the villa and Casa Miguelita enjoy absolute privacy and each have their own access road.

The pool is solar heated. Especially in winter, a pleasant bathing temperature cannot be guaranteed, as the pool does not have a cover and the temperatures are thus highly dependent on the weather. We are currently planning a Jacuzzi on the main terrace to enjoy the view from the warm water even on cooler days. Photos will follow as soon as this is available.
