Together with the neighboring house (Casa Miguelita), which can be rented additionally upon request, the property offers space for 10 people (The Casa has, on 80 sqm, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a double bed in the open living/sleeping area, a kitchenette, a shower bathroom, a winter garden, and its own terrace with jacuzzi and view). From the spacious living/dining area as well as the kitchen and the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom in the upper part of the house, you can enjoy the perfect sea view. One of the bedrooms in the lower part of the house has its own terrace door. The other bedroom offers a beautiful view of the garden and towards the sea with its 3 large windows.
In 2 of the 4 bedrooms, the beds can also be arranged as single beds. On request, we provide max. 2 baby beds are available free of charge (as well as a high chair, baby bathtub, changing table, and indoor stair gate); however, supervision is required for small children, as there are various walls and stairs on the property. The pool area is completely fenced.
Fireplace, air conditioning, underfloor heating, sauna, table tennis, foosball, and a private 75 sqm solar-heated saltwater pool with counter-current system as well as a jacuzzi, etc. make your stay as pleasant as possible. WLAN, satellite smart TV and stereo system as well as BOSE speakers provide electronic entertainment.
Natural stone bathrooms, original art, high-quality furnishings, extra-long beds (180 cm x 220 cm) in 3 of the 5 bedrooms, a lavish kitchen equipped with everything from a Thermomix and fully automatic coffee machine to a Weber Genesis gas grill, cleaning service and linen change after 1 week, and personal care make your stay a unique experience. A basic supply of dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, hand soap, and spices as well as a welcome package with a selection of drinks and fresh fruit are of course provided.

The pool is solar heated. Especially in winter, a pleasant bathing temperature cannot be guaranteed, as the pool does not have a cover and the temperatures are thus highly dependent on the weather. We are currently planning a Jacuzzi on the main terrace to enjoy the view from the warm water even on cooler days. Photos will follow as soon as this is available.
