Description
The beautiful holiday house De Tong 86 is located in a holiday resort directly on the Grevelinger Sea. The lovingly furnished living-dining room has a dining table with six chairs, as well as a couch and two armchairs, as well as a fireplace oven for cozy, relaxed evenings. The kitchen is equipped with gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, water cooker, coffee machines (pad & filter), blender, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans etc.
The house has three bedrooms, of which are two bedrooms on the upper floor (1x double bed, 1x two single beds). The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a m bed, matching fitted sheets are in the wardrobe.
The daylight bathroom is a shower bath with washing machine and hair dryer.
The fully fenced garden with a covered terrace is also equipped with a seating group for six people, as well as a parasol, barbecue and a wooden bench on the sun terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
The bungalow park De Tong is part of the popular holiday resort Aqua Delta. This is located in the immediate vicinity of the Grevelinger Sea and a golf course. The dike, as well as the sandy beach are reachable within a few minutes.
In the park there is a supermarket, an indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley, as well as gastronomy, a miniature golf course and a bicycle rental. For the children there is an indoor playground in the center Aquadelta.
The fishing village Bruinisse with fishing port, restaurants, supermarket and various shops can be reached in a few minutes. At the new Yachthafen is a sailing school or other leisure activities of "Aquavitesse".
Zeeland is a holiday destination for water sports enthusiasts of all kinds, but also for people who want to explore the beautiful surroundings on foot or by bike.
Even families with children can spend a relaxing holiday in the car-free park with playgrounds, football and basketball courts, table tennis and outdoor kicks. The holiday park can of course be used for loading and unloading by car. Otherwise, there are sufficient parking spaces available.
Just discover the island by car or bike and you will discover many beautiful, small places. Particularly recommended is the medieval town of Zierikzee with its small streets, the harbor, the windmill and many old houses. In the harbor town there are numerous boutiques, shops, cafes, restaurants and a weekly market. The famous tourist resort of Renesse can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Another sight-seeing destination is Goes on the neighboring island. In addition, the places Vlissingen, Middelburg, Veere and Domburg are worth a visit. You can reach them over the 6 km long "Zeelandbrug".
The Grevelingermeer and the North Sea are ideal for water sports of all kinds. There is also the possibility to take part in horseback riding in the surroundings on horseback riding. By car you drive about 20 minutes to the northern seas with dune landscape: west to the "Brouwersdam" and north to "Burg-Haamstede". Also interesting is the "Neelte-Jans" storm flood guard with water park and many other attractions, such as a boat trip to the sea-buckets in the sea.

Absolut empfehlenswert !
Das Ferienhaus war gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Die neuwertige Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet, ausreichend Besteck und einheitliches Geschirr vorhanden. Dies haben wir in anderen Ferienhäuer auch schon anders erlebt.
Die Parkanlage ist sehr schön angelegt und sauber, auch das der Park autofrei ist (nur zum Ent- und Beladen darf das Ferienhaus angefahren werden) hat uns gut gefallen. Dirket um den Park herum gibt es schöne Wege für Mensch und Hund. Der Jachthafen und Strand sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns in unserem 2wöchigen Urlaub sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt. Mit der Vermieterin gab es sehr nette Kontakte. Alles in allem ist das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Wunderbar!!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus! Es war blitzblank und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der neuen Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.
Der Ferienpark De Tong ist gepflegt und sehr ruhig - alles in allem haben wir uns in der Woche gut erholen können.

alles sehr gut. schönes haus, schöner garten, offenbar ganz neue küche und auch badezimmer, sauberkeit top, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. lage auch toll, direkt am meer. kontakt zur vermieterung immer freundlcih und hilfsbereit. wir fanden es toll und empfehlen es auf jeden fall weiter.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön ruhig im autofreien Bungalowpark De Tong. Küche und Bad sind ganz neu und sehr geschmackvoll. Das Häuschen war sauber und ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und dekoriert. Selbst, wenn es mal regnet, kann man auf der überdachten Terrasse draußen sitzen. Wir haben uns im Haus, in der schönen Umgebung mit netten Ausflugszielen und kilometerlangen Nordseestränden sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schade aber wahr!
Das Haus war etwas abgewohnt, das Bad war eng und das Waschbecken hatte Beschädigungen. Ameisen und Spinnweben waren trotz vorheriger Reinigung (so sagte die Vermieterin) vorhanden. Dreckige Tücher als Schoner der Matratzen lagen in den Betten. Wir haben gereinigt und uns nicht beschwert. Aber das schlimmste man hat versucht uns diese Dinge anzuhängen. Nach vielem Hin und Her wurde dann eine Teil der Kaution zurückgezahlt. Schade aber wahr! Also Fotos machen bei Anreise am besten noch Zeugen dabeihaben.

Diese Bewertung ist unglaublich. Das Haus war nach der Nutzung durch Fam Gerhard in einem fürchterlichen Zustand. So was hab ich noch nie gesehen. Die Möbel völlig umgestellt (Doppelbett, Wohnzimmermöbel) Essensreste, schmutziges Geschirr, Schüssel aus Küche voller Sand im Garten,verschmutzte Betteinlagen und Matratzen, Beschädigungen ect ect ect. Fotos hiervon kann man hier leider nicht einstellen.Undenkbar wenn sofort Nachmieter gekommen wären. Eine Reinigung des Hauses von 4 Std. mit 2 Personen sowie mehrere Waschmaschinendurchgänge waren nötig um wieder vermieten zu können. Daraufhin habe ich 20 € von der Kaution einbehalten. Ich finde das eher wenig . Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit um vor bestimmt Mietern zu warnen. Das müsste man nämlich in diesem Fall.

Herbsturlaub in Holland
Mein Freund, unser Hund und ich hatten einen schönen Herbsturlaub ih Ihrem Ferienhaus. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt, konnten sogar im Garten in der Sonne sitzen und abends am Kamin. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, es war sauber und gemütlich. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne nochmal wieder. Freundliche Grüße, Petra, Norbert und Jacky

Für Kurzurlaub okay
Mein Mann und ich verbrachten 4 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage war super, das Ferienhaus an sich wirkt abgewohnt, trotz dessen war es mit allem ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig, es lagen viele Hundehaare auf dem Boden, Spinnenweben an den Decken & es roch „feucht“.
Für die 4 Tage war es okay, länger nein.

Die Bewerterin hat das Haus in einem erheblich verschmutzten Zustand verlassen. Nachdem ich sie darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe und wegen Reinigung der total verschmutzten Bettauflagen Kaution einbehalten musste ( übrigens zum ersten mal) erfolgte diese Bewertung . Zuvor hatte die Dame nichts auszusetzten. Leider kann man sich hiervor nicht schützen.

Sehr schön, gemütlich und erholsam!
Mein Mann, unsere kleine Tochter und ich haben in Ihrem Haus in Holland einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen dürfen.
Preis - Leistung ist super, das Haus war sauber und ist wirklich süß eingerichtet.
In der Anlage haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, unsere Kleine konnte mit den anderen Kindern auf den Wiesen spielen und wir fanden es wirklich toll, dass der Park autofrei ist.
Wir waren oft zu Fuß am Strand und am Deich ganz in der Nähe Ihres Hauses und auch die Städte und Dörfer in der Umgebung haben uns super gefallen!
Auch die wenigen Regentage haben nichts ausgemacht, wir haben es uns dann einfach im Haus abends am Holzofen gemütlich gemacht.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für den schönen Urlaub im Frühsommer.
