Description
We refurbished house De Tong 40 in 2017 and equipped it comfortably and beautifully.
It has two carpeted bedrooms upstairs and is suitable for four people. On the south side, there is a spacious terrace facing the garden, which can be shaded with an electric awning. Garden furniture, a column barbecue and outdoor games are in the garden house.
Our holiday home offers the following amenities:
A large, bright living room with a cosy sitting area, a sideboard with TV, stereo with CD and DVD player as well as a large number of board games and free drawers for things you have brought with you. Holiday reading and glasses are in a room divider that divides the space between the upholstered seating area with carpet and the dining area facing the kitchen. The dining area with its large wooden table and bench offers plenty of space for eating, playing, painting, etc. A high chair can be provided.
From the living room you enter through the glass sliding door into the very well equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a four-burner gas cooker with oven and extractor bonnet, a microwave and the dishwasher.
The kitchen also has a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, egg boiler, electric juicer, waffle iron, pans, pots and cutlery and crockery.
Through the kitchen you enter the bathroom, which is separated from the living room and has a shower, WC and a large washbasin with mirror cabinet.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), wardrobe and sliding door wardrobes as well as a second bedroom with a stacking bed (two times 0.90 x 2.00 m), which can serve as a sleeping place for up to two children or adults. Here, too, there are sliding-door wardrobes under the sloping roof, which leaves plenty of room for playing. The windows in the dormers are equipped with insect screens and can be darkened for sleeping via roller blinds.
There is a separate guest WC between the rooms. The staircase access can be secured with a child safety gate.
Our WLAN is available to you free of charge.
In the main and holiday season, we only rent by the week (from Saturday to Saturday).
Outside these periods, shorter stays are also possible (minimum stay two nights).

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in Zeeland on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland in the De Tong holiday park, directly on the Grevelingenmeer with its marina. The Grevelingenmeer is a former sea bay, which is closed off to the North Sea by the Brouwersdam and to the Oosterschelde by the Grevelingendam. Directly at the marina, you will find small bathing beaches behind the dyke at a distance of approx. 400 m. The main beach Grevelingen is about 4 km away and can be easily reached by bicycle (cycle path in the green) and car via the Grevelingendam.
The holiday homes themselves are located in a largely car-free park, which with its extensive playgrounds and well-equipped playgrounds offer children and parents plenty of free space.
The North Sea beaches of Renesse and Burgh-Haamstede are 28 km away and can be reached by car in about 25 minutes.

| Prices plus tourist tax of 2.04 euros per person per day (the amount is passed on by us to the municipality as required by law) and a mandatory final cleaning of 65 euros by a local cleaning company. A deposit of 150 euros will be charged, which is to be transferred with the final payment. Should the holiday home be without complaint after the stay, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the tenancy. |

Holiday park De Tong is also a very good starting point for families with children, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and people who want to discover and enjoy the beautiful surroundings on foot or by bike.
At the Aquadelta holiday park, which is within easy walking distance, you will find a tennis court, mini golf course, squash courts, bicycle rental, an indoor swimming pool, a supermarket, two restaurants and a bowling alley. Children's entertainment also takes place there in summer.

Holiday with a toddler
We had a few wonderful vacation days there. There was nothing missing for our small child (2 years). There was a playground right behind the house, but the garden was also sufficient. The equipment in the house is modern and well maintained. We didn't miss anything. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Very nice holiday home
The house corresponded absolutely to what was offered here. It is nicely furnished, not worn out and there is nothing missing.
The park is great for children. Playground behind the house and the beach is also only a few minutes' walk away.
Communication with the landlords was also great.
We had a nice vacation and can recommend the house.

Beautiful holiday home
We were in August with three adults in the accommodation. The holiday home is lovingly and almost new furnished and nothing is missing. The beds are very comfortable and you can sit nicely on the terrace. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired and the house is spotlessly clean. We had a very nice time there. Clear recommendation.
