Description
The house has been further modernized in recent years and features a spacious garden with a new patio with sunshade, offering a lot of privacy due to the entirely enclosed garden. You can use a barbecue and 2 sunbeds. The living room is furnished with a large dining table and a comfortable seating area with a fireplace and Smart TV. The house has a fairly new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven/microwave. Downstairs there is a spacious double room (with box springs), and upstairs another double bedroom, a triple bedroom (with bunk bed), and a single bedroom (without a window). There are 2 bathrooms; downstairs one with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and washing machine, and upstairs one with a shower, sink, and toilet. The house is child-friendly, with a stair gate, baby cot, and high chair available.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday park where our house is located is ideal for a family vacation and is spacious with a restaurant, snack bar, supermarket, playgrounds, bouncy castle, bowling alleys, and pool billiards.
At Scheldeveste (3 minutes drive) there is a nice swimming pool, with rapids and a slide (for a fee).
In about 10 minutes you can walk to the clean beach of Breskens. Here it is lovely to relax for a cup of coffee or a meal at Loods 10 or t Halve Maentje. The center of the cozy fishing village Breskens, with various shops, cafes, and restaurants in different price ranges, is located about 2 kilometers away from the holiday home. In Breskens, there are also 2 large supermarkets and a fish auction.
Breskens is located in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen at the mouth of the Westerschelde. In Breskens and its surrounding area, you can enjoy kilometer-long walks and bike rides. Every few kilometers, you come across a nice beach pavilion, for a drink or a delicious lunch.
From the park, it is also possible to take a beautiful walk through the Waterdunen nature reserve.
Breskens is the ideal starting point for day trips and visits to Sluis, Cadzand, Groede, and the Zwin nature reserve. With the ferry service (on foot or by bike), it is possible to take a trip to Vlissingen, Middelburg, Veere, and Goes. But also to Knokke, Brugge, and Gent in Belgium it is not far. In our holiday home, there is a folder with brochures ready for you.

Time out
Even though it was just a short break, we enjoyed it so much. The house is worth recommending. So modern and equipped with everything. Super comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Nice garden. Everything very clean and well-maintained. Overall, you have to feel good here!!! Nice contact with the landlord. Breskens is always worth a trip, we will come back!!!

Great holiday home with an excellent location.
We would have left the house even cleaner if the vacuum cleaner had worked.
Otherwise, top holiday home.

Also the second time was great again.
We have been there for the 2nd time, and everything was to our satisfaction. Yes, one could improve one thing or another, but we believe that would be complaining on a high level. The dogs were happy, and therefore we were too. We will also come a third time.

Schön gelegen und ruhiges Ferienhaus
The holiday home is nicely located in a dead-end road, the equipment is fine. Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. It simply needs to be renovated, doors that do not close properly, especially the garden door is a problem with dogs, windows that do not open, pots without handles... the list could go on. Not an option for us anymore.

Cosy and atmospheric holiday home
Super cozy and atmospheric holiday home. We enjoyed by the fireplace after a long beach walk. The fact that there is a bathtub, washing machine, and dishwasher was a big plus!
