Dear guests,
The distinctive, well-appointed beach house located in a quiet location on a 250 sqm plot with beautiful garden in the amusement park "Schoneveld", just 300 meters from the beach and within walking distance easily and easy to reach (about 5 minutes walk). Only the dunes separate the holiday park of the almost endless sandy beaches of Zeeland. This beach house is arranged spaciously and neighbors have little insight. The property is completely fenced, so you can let your children play safely in the garden.
The house has a ground and an attic with about 90 m ² total living space. Can accommodate up to 6 people.
The park has a restaurant, a fast food restaurant, a supermarket (fresh bread in the morning), 3 children playgrounds, indoor pool, bowling alleys with bar, tennis court and bike / cart rental. The beautifully laid mini golf course "De Afslag" with large adventure playground (indoor and outdoor) is directly opposite the park entrance.

This beautiful holiday home is located in a secluded holiday home park in Schoneveld near Breskens. Sea and beach are about 300 meters away and within easy walking distance and easy to reach (about 5 minutes walk). In the park you will find a restaurant, a fast food restaurant, a supermarket (fresh rolls in the morning), 3 children's playgrounds, indoor pool, bowling alley with bar, tennis court and a bicycle rental. The beautifully designed mini golf course "De Afslag" with a large adventure playground (inside and outside) is located directly opposite the park entrance. By bike or car you can reach in a short time the beautiful surrounding Flander places and cities such as Oostburg, Sluis, Cadzand, Bruges, Ghent, Damme ... Also a trip by ferry (20 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bike ) on the other side is worthwhile. From here you can reach Vlissingen by foot and the bike Middelburg, Zoutelande, Westkapellen and Domburg.
Breskens is located in the southern Dutch province of Zeeland. Here in the south of the Netherlands there are above average hours of sunshine. Breskens is easy to reach from Germany by car (from Cologne approx. 300km, approx. 3 hours) The holiday home itself is located in the beach park Schoneveld near Breskens - to the beach you need about 5 minutes on foot. The vast beaches in Zeeland Flanders invite you to enjoy relaxing beach walks in fresh sea air in every season - you will feel the relief with every breath! Every few hundred meters, the very well-tended beach restaurants invite you for coffee, cake, cold drinks or delicious food with sea views and waves. By bike you can drive west for hours at the sea to far to Belgium. The beach at Schoneveld has been awarded several times in recent years with the title "Cleanest beach in the Netherlands" with very good water quality. The water quality is regularly checked during the summer months. Breskens is an old fishing village with a large fishing port and a large marina. The fish market offers fresh fish and seafood around the clock. In the village, much has been created and embellished in the last year. There are numerous shops, restaurants and cafes. For shopping, there are 2 large supermarkets available. In neighboring Oostburg there are also Aldi and Lidl.

Great holiday home, great landlords!
We were there for the 2nd time, but not for the last time. Top landlord, always available, very friendly and warm. There is nothing missing in the accommodation. The cleanest accommodation we have ever booked.

can only be recommended
we had a wonderful holiday in holiday home Schoneveld 21. The description of this holiday home fits, except for the missing guest toilet, which in our opinion was not too bad. The equipment and furnishings are top, nothing was missing. The garden is simple, but perfectly fenced and not visible. So it is almost perfect for a holiday with a dog. We can only recommend this holiday home, because we felt very comfortable. We will definitely come back again.

We spent a lovely and relaxing time there. The house is tastefully and friendly furnished and well equipped. We lacked for nothing. The handover of the keys and the exchange with the nice landlady were very uncomplicated.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund in der ersten Aprilwoche Gäste. Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und schöner Lage in Breskens. Ein kleiner Mangel: es ist nur ein WC vorhanden. In der Beschreibung ist von Badezimmer und Gäste-WC die Rede. Das Badezimmer hat allerdings kein WC. Aber wir haben es mit guter Einteilung überstanden ?

Sehr zu empfehlen
Wir waren dort zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr und haben uns super erholt! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, dass hat man nicht überall. Der Garten schön und der Weg zum Strand sehr nah. Wir kommen wieder ?

Alles super
Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus Schoneveld 29. Besonders das Bett bzw. die Matratzen im EG Schafzimmer kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung und der Stil der Einrichtung sind modern und genau nach unserem Geschmack. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen.
Der Garten ist ideal für Hund und Kind, alles eingezäunt.
Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, perfekt in Strandnähe gelegen
Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und gerade mal 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Tolle Terrasse mit Relaxliegen und Markiese für Schatten. Haben uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt!

Great autumn holiday
The bad weather didn't bother us at all - it was nice and warm in the holiday home, and the fireplace helped. The furnishings are cosy and tasteful. You can feel at home here! The park is nicely laid out, clean and well maintained. The proximity to the beach and the town of Breskens are perfect. Nice and easy communication with landlady and manager, arrival and departure uncomplicated. We will return again and again!

November Urlaub
Das war ein Kurzurlaub mit Mann u Hund.Dieses Haus hat alles was man braucht um sich zu erholen..es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts..man ist schnell am Strand wo Hunde u Menschen voll auf ihre Kosten kommen...nur die Heizung empfand ich nachts etwas laut mit dem Gebläse...dass aber wohl nur störend ist,wenn man einen leichten schlaf hat... ansonsten würde ich das Haus definitiv weiter empfehlen und es aucg selber bestimmt nochmal buchen...

Ruhiges Feriendomizil
Haus liegt nicht einsichtig von einer Straße und ist sehr ruhig. Garten gepflegt, sowie auch der Innenbereich des Hauses. Für 2 Personen sowie Hund einfach perfekt . Wenn das Haus mit mehren Personen belegt wird, ist sicherlich die 1 Toilette, die nur vorhanden ist, ein Problem. Da ist Absprache gefragt !!
Wir haben uns hier sauwohl gefühlt und die Nähe vom Strand genossen.
Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiteremfpehlen.

We were in Breskens for 1 week and we felt very comfortable and well looked after in Schöneveld 21. Everyone is very friendly and it is a very nice and totally clean holiday complex. We are already looking forward to the next time.it is a very nice and well located holiday home. It has everything you need, from cable TV to DVD's. Unfortunately, there is no TV in the bedroom and there is no barbecue either, but you can buy one there.

Tolles gepflgtes, sauberes, geschmachvoll eingerichtetes Haus, sehr zum wohlfühlen. Mehr wie ausreichendes Porzellan und Besteck vorhanden ! Garten eingezäunt, was die Hundebesitzerherzen höher schlagen lässt. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, der sehr sauber war und für Hundeliebhaber ideal. Die Ferienhausanlage war gut gepflegt. Fragen wurden umgehend durch den Vermieter beantwortet, Klasse!! Wir kommen gerne im kommenden Jahr wieder.!!

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus, in dem wir mit 4 Erwachsenen und Hund einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht haben. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einzig, dass es nur eine Toilette integriert ins Badezimmer gibt, könnte bei Vollbelegung eine Herausforderung sein.
Der Park, die Umgebung, der wunderschöne Strand und viele Ausflugsziele tragen zu einem abwechslungsreichen Urlaub bei.
Das Haus bietet mit seinem voll eingezäunten Garten absolute Privatsphäre und ist für Hunde toll! Die Vermietungsabwicklung war unkompliziert und nett. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wunderschoenes Haus. Super gelegen und nicht weit zum Meer.Durch das eingezaunte grundstueck Optimal fuer Hunde.Die hatten viel spass. Der Kamin ist im Herbst Echt schoen. Wir werden im naechstem jahr dieses Haus wieder buchen.Bis auf eigene Bettwaeche und Handtuecher ist alles im Haus. Echt toll eingerichtet. Deutsches TV und Wlan sind auch da. Echt alles Perfekt...... Kann man nue weiter empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit vermieter. Danke fuer die schoene Zeit in Holland. Gruss Marc und Nicole.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes WE in Brekens. Liebevoll eingerichtetes und gemütliches Ferienhaus -es fehlt an nichts. Hundeparadies und Menschenparadies! Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen! Kleiner Sternenabzug für nur ein WC - bei Vollbelegung sicher eine Herausforderung!
