This villa is built in the local style and is located in a quiet and preferred residential area in Cape Coral, directly on the canal.
The villa is ideally situated for boaters. Without locks or bridges, you can reach the river in no time and from there get to the nearby islands of Sanibel, Captiva, and to Fort Myers Beach. From the large and welcoming entrance area, you enter directly into the bright living area, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the spacious outdoor area with pool.
The open kitchen is generously designed and offers plenty of space as well as a dining area with a great view. It is equipped with all necessary electrical household appliances, so nothing stands in the way of a shared cooking evening. You can expect very good amenities, including new stainless steel appliances and a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules). In the entrance area, you will find a pool table for entertainment.
For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations from home or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The TV in the living room is additionally equipped with Apple TV, allowing you to watch German programs as well.
In total, Villa Saxony has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The large master area with king-size bed and private bathroom occupies the entire right side of the villa. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a bathtub. From the master bedroom you have direct access to the pool area. On the other side of the house are the two additional bedrooms with their two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has direct access to the pool area and is accessible both from the house and from outside. Only LED lights are installed throughout the house, providing pleasant lighting and saving energy.
Do you often forget your travel adapters? We have installed several USB sockets in the house for charging your devices. Enjoy the wonderful Florida weather on the large terrace overlooking your own pool. The saltwater pool is electrically heatable and operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes.
Mild evenings invite you to a barbecue with friends (grill is available). Or you can relax in the lounge area on the terrace. In addition to the good house furnishings, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage. Two kayaks are available for you to explore the area from the water.
A boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Perfect!
The Villa was perfect for a family getaway. We were skeptical about taking a family vacation during COVID but felt completely safe isolating ourselves in a home away from home. We spent our time playing pool and in the pool and it was perfect.
