Our cosy and heated holiday home incl. boat with a view of the lake and the manor house has been lovingly furnished. With approx. 40 sqm, it offers ideal space for 2 to a maximum of 4 people and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the peace and relaxation in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park. A few hundred metres and you will reach forests, green meadows or the fish-rich Groß Labenzer See with its many hidden bays and bathing spots. From here you can reach the Baltic Sea with its white beaches, the World Heritage and Hanseatic city of Wismar with its historic old town or the state capital Schwerin with its imposing castle and baroque park in just 30 minutes.

Location and surroundings of object
Groß Labenz, a district of the state-recognised resort of Warin, is located in the northern part of the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park and is easily accessible via the A20 and A14 motorways coming from Hamburg or Berlin.
Warin is close to the state capital Schwerin, as well as the traditional Hanseatic city of Wismar, and is a small town with about 3,500 inhabitants. The charming little town of Warin, nestled between the Warinersee and Glammsee lakes, has a good infrastructure with shopping facilities for daily needs as well as gastronomic facilities, a tourist information centre or the nature park centre. You will also find a pharmacy, doctors, bank, petrol station, bakery etc. in the centre of Warin. Water, fishing and nature lovers as well as cyclists feel at home here. There are countless recreational opportunities and excursion destinations in this region.

Very relaxing vacation
We spent a very relaxing holiday in the loving, spacious holiday bungalow. We felt warmly welcomed, which was reflected in small details such as: a welcome sign with our name, little hearts with "Welcome" and also a bottle of champagne. Brand new card games, as well as new board games, are also available. Only women who also want to do their makeup are recommended to bring a makeup mirror, as the lighting conditions are not sufficient despite windows in the bathroom and bedroom. No, it's not dark in the accommodation, just not ideal for makeup. An ideal place for lovers and those who have remained in love. A lonely small bathing bay can be reached by boat if you drive to the left, shortly after the manor house. The only downside for those with back problems, the bed is very soft. Wonderful and relaxing vacation.
We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The vacation home left nothing to be desired, everything was impeccably maintained and extremely lovingly prepared. Even a welcome sign with our stay dates, a fresh bouquet of flowers, a bottle of sparkling wine for welcome, and some sweets were not missing. Very friendly landlords. The location is very nice with a wonderful view of Lake Labenz. The Baltic Sea can be reached by car in an hour and there are endless hiking trails. This landscape must be seen. We can only recommend the holiday house and the Pingel family who owns it. Thank you very much for everything.

A beautiful holiday in the Austrian Alps.
We were warmly welcomed by the host's son and received a good introduction. Champagne and chocolate were ready for the welcome :-) Breakfast in the morning sun overlooking the lake, sunbathing on the sun loungers, as well as barbecue evenings on the very large terrace and the peace and quiet made this vacation a wonderful experience. The holiday home and property are very well maintained. The equipment is sufficient. The only thing we missed was a small oven. All in all, a great holiday accommodation and it's definitely worth coming here for vacation - we want to come back and are already looking forward to it! ! !

Great holiday in May 2017
We were warmly welcomed by the son of the landlady. In addition to the briefing, he also gave us tips for upcoming events in the area and sights in the surroundings. With the house's rowing boat, we could take very nice trips on the idyllic Groß Labenzer See.
As a welcome, there was sparkling wine - a good start to our holiday!
The apartment is absolutely perfect and spacious for two people, clean, and inviting for relaxation. The equipment left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back! ! !

Lovely holiday home in a quiet area with a fantastic view of the lake. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The tour on the lake with the rowboat to the Bronze Deer in breathtaking nature was really great.

Pure relaxation with beautiful views!
Lovingly furnished and a dreamlike view - in short, this house delivers what it promises! The property is as described in the pictures and texts, you open the door and immediately feel comfortable. The bedroom is cozy, everything is very clean (and we are picky). If you want to spend a few beautiful days alone or romantically as a couple, this is the right place for you! You won't miss anything in this house. Relaxation and the vacation can start immediately. One can quickly reach Wismar, Schwerin (which is also worth seeing) and the surrounding area is truly beautiful. We will gladly come back, but next time definitely for longer than just one week.
