Take a holiday in the state-recognised resort of Warin with its district of Groß Labenz. Are you looking for peace and relaxation in nature and by the lake? Then this is the right place for you. Our cosy and heated holiday home incl. boat with a view of the lake and the manor house has been lovingly furnished. With approx. 40 sqm, it offers ideal space for 2 to a maximum of 4 people and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the peace and relaxation in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park. A few hundred metres and you will reach forests, green meadows or the fish-rich Groß Labenzer See with its many hidden bays and bathing spots. From here you can reach the Baltic Sea with its white beaches, the World Heritage and Hanseatic city of Wismar with its historic old town or the state capital Schwerin with its imposing castle and baroque park in just 30 minutes.

Location and surroundings of object
Groß Labenz, a district of the state-recognised resort of Warin, is located in the northern part of the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park and is easily accessible via the A20 and A14 motorways coming from Hamburg or Berlin.
Warin is close to the state capital Schwerin, as well as the traditional Hanseatic city of Wismar, and is a small town with about 3,500 inhabitants. The charming little town of Warin, nestled between the Warinersee and Glammsee lakes, has a good infrastructure with shopping facilities for daily needs as well as gastronomic facilities, a tourist information centre or the nature park centre. You will also find a pharmacy, doctors, bank, petrol station, bakery etc. in the centre of Warin. Water, fishing and nature lovers as well as cyclists feel at home here. There are countless recreational opportunities and excursion destinations in this region.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Wir verbrachten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dem liebevollen,großzügigen Ferienbungalow. Wir fühlten uns herzlich aufgenommen,was sich in kleinen Details wie: Begrüßungsschild mit unserem Namen, kleine Herzchen mit Herzlich Willkommen und auch einer Flasche Sekt widerspiegelte. Neuwertige Kartenspiele,sowie neue Brettspiele sind auch vorhanden. Nur den Frauen die sich auch schminken wollen ist zu empfehlen einen Schminkspiegel mitzubringen,da die Lichtverhältnisse trotz Fenster im Bad und Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichen. Nein dunkel ist es nicht in der Unterkunft nur für's schminken nicht ideal. Für Verliebte und verliebt gebliebene ein idealer Ort. Eine einsame kleine Badebucht ist mit dem Boot erreichbar, wenn man links herum fährt. ? kurz nachdem Gutshaus . Einziger Mangel für Bandscheiben geplagte,das Bett ist sehr weich. Wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben eine wuderbaren erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles war tiptop gepflegt und äußerst liebevoll vorbereitet. Selbst ein Willkommensschild mit unseren Aufethaltsdaten sowie ein frischer Blumenstrauß und eine Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung nebst einigen Süßigkeiten fehlkten nicht. Sehr sympathische Vermieter. Die Lage ist sehr schön mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den Labenzer See. Die Ostsee ist in einer Stunde Autofahrt zu erreichen und es gibt unendlich lange Wanderwege. Diese Landschaft muss man gesehen haben. Wir können das Ferienhaus und die Vermieterfamilie Pingel nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir wurden vom Sohn der Gastgeberin freundlich empfangen und bekamen eine gute Einweisung. Sekt und Schokolade standen zur Begrüßung bereit :-) Das Frühstück in der täglichen Morgensonne mit Blick auf den See, dass Sonnenbaden auf den Sonnenliegen, sowie Grillabende auf der super großen Terrasse und die Ruhe machten diesen Urlaub zu einem wunderschönen Erlebnis.
Das Ferienhaus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, war ein kleiner Backofen.
Alles in Allem eine tolle Ferienunterkunft und es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall hier mal Urlaub zu machen - wir möchten wiederkommen und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf!!!

Super Urlaub Mai 2017
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von dem Sohn der Vermieterin empfangen. Er gab uns neben der Einweisung auch Tips für anstehende Veranstaltungen im Umfeld sowie Sehenswertes in der Umgebung. Mit dem hauseigenen Ruderboot konnten wir sehr schöne Ausfahrten auf dem idyllischen Groß Labenzer See machen.
Zur Begrüßung gab es Sekt :-) ein guter Start in unseren Urlaub!!
Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen absolut perfekt und geräumig, sauber und lädt zum wohlfühlen ein. Die Ausstattung ließ an nichts fehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!

Toller Urlaub
Schmuckes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung mit tollem Blick auf den See. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Tour auf dem See mit dem Ruderboot zum Bronzenen Hirsch in atemberaubender Natur waren echt super.

Erholung pur mit schönem Ausblick!
Liebevoll eingerichtet und traumhafte Aussicht - kurzum dieses Haus hält, was es verspricht!
Das Objekt ist wie auf den Bildern u. Texten beschrieben, man schließt die Tür auf und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Schlafzimmer ist gemütlich, alles ist sehr sauber (und wir sind pingelig). Wer sich allein oder romantisch zu zweit ein paar schöne Tage machen möchte ist hier genau richtig! In diesem Haus fehlt es einem an nichts. Die Erholung und der Urlaub kann sofort beginnen. Man ist schnell in Wismar, Schwerin (was auch sehenswert ist) und auch die restliche Umgebung ist echt wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber das Nächste Mal auf jeden Fall länger als nur eine Woche.
