Our holiday home was fully renovated in 2018 with attention to detail. It is 60 m2 large with a covered terrace and is ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing holiday for two. The house has 1 master bedroom 1 children's or teenager's room 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 bathroom with washing machine and a spacious living-dining area with fireplace. On the 250 m2 large property there is a shed in which the garden furniture and the barbecue are located. The house is located in a bungalow settlement on a slope in the first row in S/W orientation with a beautiful view of the Groß Labenzer See with a shallow sandy bathing area and boat mooring

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in the middle of the Sternberger Seenlandschaft nature park, surrounded by woods, forests and lakes in a very quiet location
and is suitable for everyone to have an active holiday or just to relax. The bathing lake offers many possibilities from fishing with the own boat, stand up paddling, a board is available, surfing, diving, the lake is H large and up to 40 m deep has a beautiful shallow sandy bathing area where even the small bathers feel comfortable and an extensive fish stock from carp to eel, perch, pike, large Marene etc.. Of course, you can also make extensive bicycle or hiking tours or simply enjoy the sun on our property, sun loungers and other garden furniture are available

What can you say about this holiday home, everything is really right here
Lovingly furnished down to the last detail, with everything you need
Cosy, modern, clean - with a view of the lake
Boat and bicycle are available at no extra charge. The location is quiet and idyllic.
Friendly and unbureaucratic communication. You can feel that the hosts have the guests' best interests at heart

All in all, it was perfect for our honeymoon
The only small drawback was that dogs are not allowed and therefore we will not book the house a second time because our two dogs should also come on vacation.
But then we will book the other house :)

Cosy holiday home
A beautiful and tastefully designed cottage. As a family of four, we had enough space. The lake with good water temperature was a stone's throw away. Life jackets for the children were there
A disadvantage is, if something is missing you need the car and if you want to fish you need a fishing test, otherwise there is no daily or weekly ticket.
W-Lan is down. It was still nice.
