The houses are strategically positioned to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Chia, the most beautiful place in south-west Sardinia.
This is due to its location about 800 metres from the most beautiful and famous beaches of Chia,

Very beautiful and clean holiday apartment
A very beautiful and very well-equipped vacation apartment. Very quiet location. We felt very comfortable there. The support via email, WhatsApp and on-site was perfect. In a few minutes' walk there is a small supermarket and restaurants. There are wonderful beaches in and around Chia. We can highly recommend the apartment. Thank you very much!

It was just what we needed!
The house, in addition to being clean and very nice (the photos correspond to what was found), is very well-kept and equipped with everything that can be comfortable and useful to have available and is much more equipped than the houses that are normally rented for holidays (spacious refrigerator, both washing machine and small dishwasher, new dishes, intact and well-functioning mosquito nets, shower cabin ...). A courteous representative welcomed us punctually for check-in and presented herself with the same punctuality for check-out. When we reported a small problem to the friendly owners, they promptly resolved it. There are some of the most famous beaches in Sardinia not far away. Needless to say, we had a great time and therefore plan to return.

Magical apartment
We stayed for a week on vacation, very nice and magical apartment, with a nice patio, large kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, relaxing colors in a quiet area, but close to VERY beautiful beaches.... we are talking about Chia. We relaxed, we think we will return for the next vacation.

peaceful beach vacation

THAT PEACE
we chose Casa Ursula for the colours and were delighted.
Our holiday went very well. The house had everything we needed .
The large terrace with bbq allowed us to dine while enjoying the beautiful view over the fields .
The markets although small, are within walking distance and well stocked.Excellent fruit and vegetables along the road .Restaurants within walking distance
