Casa Pardula is a charming apartment in the upper part of the famous holiday resort Chia. This well-kept apartment accommodates up to three adults and one child:

The holiday apartment Casa Pardula has an independent entrance and consists on the ground floor of a small and inviting living/dining area with sea view, a sofa, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette. On the same floor is the beautiful master bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The mezzanine with a view of the living room features a French double bed (120 cm wide) for one adult or two children.

The highlight is certainly the covered panoramic terrace, which offers a spectacular view of the sea and the Chia Tower! This outdoor area has a dining table and deck chairs. The perfect place to enjoy the sea view at breakfast or with an aperitif after a sunny day at the beach! Casa Pardula is located near some of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia as well as several shops and restaurants, and evening shows organized on the piazzetta of the nearby Conrad Chia Laguna hotel.

The house is equipped with a private parking space, an outdoor shower, air conditioning, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a large safe for laptops up to 15 inches. A crib and high chair are available on request.

Chia: Untouched nature and world-famous beaches
The coast of the village of Chia is seven kilometers long and a true paradise. The Torre di Chia provides access to a long stretch of sand, interspersed with small headlands and washed by the emerald-green sea. To the west, you pass the beaches of Sa Tuerra, Porto Campana, De Su Sali up to Su Giudeu – the most beautiful of all, often chosen as a backdrop for television commercials. Behind it lies the Stagno di Spartivento, which is home to many rare species. In front of the beach, a small island can be spotted, which is accessible thanks to the shallow water. In a sheltered bay at the western extremity lies Cala Cipolla.

From here you can reach the Capo Spartivento lighthouse overlooking the Sulcis coast. The entire stretch of coast offers every comfort and makes it a dream holiday destination. Dive not only into the sea, but also into archaeology, in Chia, where the once flourishing Phoenician-Punic (later Roman) city of Bithia stands. Among the excavated ruins are the remains of a Tophet, a children's cemetery, the road that led to the ancient city of Nora, and the necropolis, which also housed the temple of the god Bes, whose statue is kept in the National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari.
