The 65 sqm apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed plus pull-out bed, kitchen, and bathroom.
Outside, a 20 sqm pergola furnished with table, chairs, BBQ, and a fully fenced private garden (for the safety of children and animals), equipped with a very convenient shower, will allow you to relax outdoors in your own corner of paradise. We have furnished and equipped the house in a simple way, but with attention to small details. We have known the house for several years, as we were guests there with our children on various occasions, so we are aware of all the opportunities related to this property. Having become Hosts, we maintain an approach that combines attention to detail (quality mattress purchased in 2026, same for the sofa bed, Sardinian-style curtains just installed, completely renewed kitchen equipment, outdoor tables and chairs of excellent quality just purchased, same for the microwave), but also functionality and practicality, to allow for easy cleaning and complete sanitization. We know that the area you will enjoy the most will be the outdoor space, where you will have most of your meals and where your little ones (children or a pet) can play safely.

Guests can enjoy the space, entirely located on the ground floor, fenced and for exclusive use. The presence of a wonderful small garden, home to various types of plants, shrubs, and native flowers, allows you to immerse yourself in nature and peace, even simply by staying at home.
Privacy is guaranteed thanks to the location of the house, which is at the end of the garden, thus farther from the road (which is in any case not busy) and from the pedestrian walkway. You can, finally, sunbathe on the two deckchairs and enjoy the outdoor shower, with water heated by the sun, therefore absolutely enjoyable in summer.

The most famous beaches of the Chia bay are 4 minutes away by car (2 km), while Tueredda beach, another gem of the coast, is 6 km away.
In the vicinity of the house, within walking distance (about 200 meters), there is a small market, pizzeria, and bar.
Pula, which is very lively in the evening, is about 20 minutes away by car.
Cagliari and the airport are about 50 minutes away by car.
