Description
The 53 sqm flat with 1 bedroom, for 2 persons & baby , is located on the ground floor and has been rated 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.
The flat has been furnished with great attention to detail, in the Nordic country house style! A lot of comfort, a harmonious colour concept and a lot of personality contribute to your well-being. Young & old will find a cosy "holiday home" here, for all weathers, which is suitable for children as well as for allergy sufferers.
The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a TV with DVD player and enough storage space in the wardrobes

The kitchen is fully equipped, even for the most demanding needs.
The bathroom, small but nice, invites you to feel good.
For families with a baby, there is a baby high chair
and a travel cot with mattress and blanket/pillow are available free of charge!
For your entertainment you will find a selection of books,
as well as games for grown-ups & for a cosy DVD evening
dVD's for adults and children are available.
There is a beautiful terrace, with table and 4 chairs, parasol and 2 sun loungers.
There is also a storage shed directly in front of the house,
where bicycles or a pram can be stored.
There is a trolley in the shed which you are welcome to use!
There is also a parking space for one car directly in front of the house.
As a special service we offer our guests,
Bed linen, towels, WLAN, telephone calls to the German fixed network
and a handcart are available free of charge!

Little Baltic Nest
Dear Ruff Family,
we had a wonderful sunny week in your holiday apartment "little Baltic Nest" from August 16 to August 23, 25. The accommodation is cozy, bright, and lovingly furnished, very well-maintained – exactly the perfect place to recharge.
We had our breakfast on the sunny terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped, so even spontaneous dinners were no problem. We would particularly like to highlight the quiet location, the nice hosts, the welcome gift, and the information folder. In the area, there are beautiful walking paths along the beach, charming little restaurants, and many shops. We spent lovely days at the beach, took trips in the surrounding area, and enjoyed cozy evenings in the living room. We are reluctant to say goodbye.

Perfekte Unterkunft
When entering the cozy Baltic Sea nest, one already gets a pleasant feeling. This apartment convinced us from A-Z, starting with the beautiful furnishings, equipment, the loving decoration, and of course the absolute cleanliness. The bathroom is very small, but fine! We were surprised by a small gesture and personally written words from the Ruff family, which we had never experienced before. The apartment is very centrally located, the beach, promenades, and shopping opportunities are in close proximity, yet it is quiet. The shed for our e-bikes had an electrical connection and belonged to the apartment, so charging the batteries was easy. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Top Ferienwohnung
This vacation rental was furnished with a lot of love. We lacked nothing.
The cleanliness of the apartment convinced us very much because that is an important point for us, so we could feel completely comfortable.

Kleines Wohlfühlnest
The vacation apartment is very high-quality modernly furnished with attention to detail and invites you to dream and relax. The kitchen is equipped comprehensively. We did not miss anything. Large living room with access to the terrace. Very friendly contact with the Ruff family. Very clean!
The only downside: not highly recommended for families with small children. The baby bed only fit by moving the marital bed and nightstands into the bedroom. In addition, there is a lot of decoration within easy reach that is not suitable for little curious children's hands. But after a walk-through, everything was moved to the next floor, then it was no longer a problem.
Overall, we really liked it and we can recommend the holiday apartment. Best regards from Leipzig, Lange family.

We are a family of 4, consisting of 3 northerners and one from Baden. We ourselves are enthusiastic fans of the Baltic Sea, especially the Mecklenburg coast. What we particularly liked about Boltenhagen is that it is still a very small place with a fantastic beach, with a wonderful beach. You can have a relaxing time not only on the beach, but also in the surrounding area. To make our guests feel at home, we make every effort to offer them a modern, cosy "holiday home" with lots of comfort
