Description
The comfortable semi-detached house is located directly on the beach of Lake Fleesensee. The flat is located in the rear half of the house. Each half of the house has a separate entrance and terrace. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a sofa corner, TV, dining table, kitchenette and a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and towel radiator. Predominantly electric blinds and pleated blinds provide sun protection and privacy. From the living room, two large patio doors lead directly onto the terrace and garden belonging to the flat. On the terrace you can enjoy your holiday at the table and chairs or on a sun lounger. The garden and terrace are completely surrounded by a dense hedge. The terrace faces west and has sun from midday in summer. The kitchenette is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee and Nespresso machine.
The entire ground floor including the bathroom has underfloor heating.
The staircase leads to the upper floor.
There you will find two comfortably furnished bedrooms and another daylight bathroom with washbasin and toilet.
The bedroom facing the lake is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. In an alcove there is a full-size baby/toddler bed made of solid wood.
The second bedroom has two single beds (80cm + 90cm wide), bedside table, wardrobe and a small relaxation corner with side table. The windows in the bedrooms are also equipped with completely darkening external blinds, pleated blinds and one window per room with built-in insect protection. The entire first floor has laminate flooring.

Even the little ones can feel at home. A selection of toys is available. A wooden cot, baby bouncer, high chair and step for the bathroom can be used on request. The flat is equipped with a staircase safety door/child safety door (the door remains open when not in use, of course). In the utility room (behind the house with separate access) there is a hoover and utensils. There is also a washing machine, which you can use for a fee.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, directly on the sandy beach of Lake Fleesensee in the village of Untergöhren. Due to the exclusive location, you have a unique and unobstructed view of Lake Fleesensee.
The road in front of the house is closed to general traffic in summer, you will receive an access card to reach the house. After crossing the road, you walk across a well-kept meadow with picnic benches and reach the great sandy beach of Lake Fleesensee (approx. 50 m from the house). To the left of the house is a small marina, and about 100 m further to the right is another sandy beach with public sunbeds, a great playground, volleyball court and a ropeway, as well as a water sports school with boat rental. You will find several restaurants on the beach and in the village.
Untergöhren is one of the most popular holiday regions in the "Land Fleesensee" due to its location on Lake Fleesensee and a great sandy beach. You can discover beautiful landscapes from water or land. The region is ideally suited for leisure activities such as hiking, inline skating, cycling tours and horseback riding thanks to a very well-developed network of paths.
Lake Fleesensee is about five kilometres long and up to four kilometres wide. It is part of the chain of lakes between Lake Plauer See, Lake Malchower See, Lake Kölpinsee and Lake Müritz. As part of the Müritz-Elde waterway, it is navigated by boats and excursion ships. Windsurfers and sailors as well as water hikers in kayaks or canoes find good conditions off Untergöhren.
About 2.5 km away, in Göhren-Lebbin, there is a market place, a swimming pool with wellness area and several golf courses as well as restaurants. In the summer season, a free shuttle bus is available with the spa card.
For day trippers, there are worthwhile destinations in the towns of Waren (Müritz), Röbel, Malchow and Plau am See. Also of interest are Blücher Castle from the 19th century, surrounded by parkland, and the fieldstone church in Poppentin from the 13th century.

Our holiday apartment is a lovingly furnished private vacation home – not a hotel. Please note that we cannot offer on-site or around-the-clock service.
We live about 200 km away, but are available by phone for questions or minor issues and will help as best we can. For bigger problems, we naturally have contacts with local craftsmen.
There is a 7kW wallbox in the carport for charging electric cars. We are happy to inform you about availability and prices.
In our holiday apartment, due to the location of the house, there is unfortunately no satellite or cable reception. The television or a TV box connected to the television is connected to the internet, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies via various apps (e.g. media libraries or streaming services). You are welcome to use your existing streaming subscriptions for Netflix or Prime Video. Early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to availability and prior arrangement, and will be charged at half the daily rate.

Very nice vacation apartment, in a great location.
We had a nice week with our granddaughter.
We could ride bikes a lot and even went swimming.
You can walk in very far, so it's ideal for children. Of course, the playground too. The roll service around the corner is great.
Highly recommended for families with children.

Holiday paradise
A vacation at Fleesensee has something to offer for everyone. We had the best weather. Fishing, boating, golfing, and much more are great opportunities there. The vacation home impresses with its wonderful location, cleanliness, and good furnishings. The contact with the landlords was very friendly, and everything went absolutely smoothly. We would love to come back!

Very beautiful holiday apartment directly at Fleesensee.
We were already for the third time in this great apartment. Our children are always looking forward to the toys and the large playground in front of the house. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need. Especially for families with children, this vacation rental is perfect. The location right on Lake Fleesensee is ideal for swimming.

The holiday home corresponds to the description and is really great. We felt very comfortable with our two children. The holiday home is tastefully and comfortably furnished, with everything you need. The direct connection to Fleesensee and the various leisure activities made the holiday very uncomplicated and entertaining.
The booking and handling with the Kühnel family also went smoothly. We can highly recommend the house for a peaceful holiday.
