The holiday flats, all south-facing with lake view, have a covered terrace, 1 living room with fitted kitchen, 1 shower room and 2 bedrooms. On the covered terrace, 1 table, 6 chairs, 1 parasol and a charcoal grill are ready for you.
The adjoining light-flooded kitchen-cum-living room has a large panoramic window with sliding door, also facing south and with a view of the lake. It has a dining table with 6 chairs, 1 small two-seater couch with glass table, radio, 40 inch TV and a fitted kitchen.
The fitted kitchen consists of a refrigerator, sink, 4-plate cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and all cooking utensils.
Bedroom-1 (passage bedroom) has a double and a single bed (3x boxspring beds), bedside tables, mirror and 1 wardrobe. Bedroom-2 has 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 bedside cabinet with reading light and 1 wardrobe.
The shower room has a washbasin, a WC and a shower.

The holiday village Ferienparadies "Schweriner Seenplatte" is located in Dabel OT Holzendorf, 4 km from Sternberg, in the nature park region "Sternberger Seenland". The property is 2.5 hectares in size and lies directly on Holzendorf Lake. In the 500 m long shore strip there are 3 in-house bathing places and 4 fishing places. The bathing area at the campfire site is shallow, 80 m to the left the four-legged friends are allowed to swim, and 200 m in the direction of the forest is the bathing area for friends of nudism - "FKK-Strand". From 4 places, on our property at the lake, the anglers can try their "Petri luck" from land. On and near the two fishing jetties there are 2 benches each and 3 pedal boats and 10 rowing boats. In the park there are benches, a lawn for sunbathing and a campfire site. There are 2 playgrounds, both with seesaw, swing, slide and climbing frame, 1 beach and 1 volleyball court, football tennis, football and basketball and 3 table tennis tables. In our games hall there is a pool table, air hockey, table football and 1 skill tester. In the cinema room you can watch the DVD you brought with you. All houses and apartments face south and have a lake view - with balcony or terrace, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. there is a campfire once a week
