The holiday home has a terrace, garden, living room-winter garden, hall, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet (1 bathroom is suitable for wheelchair users). On the terrace there are 12 chairs, 2 tables, 1 parasol and 1 barbecue. In the living room-winter garden there is 1 dining table with 12 chairs, 1 corner couch and 1 armchair. It is flooded with light and the panoramic windows face east and south. The view of the lake is framed by lots of greenery. A 55 inch LED TV is mounted on the wall. Shoes and jackets find a place in the hallway, from where you enter the kitchen. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all cooking utensils, glasses and crockery. A large side-by-side refrigerator is there for you to fill. The shower room consists of a washbasin, WC and round shower. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom No. 1, 3 and 4 each have 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed, bedside tables and 1 wardrobe. Bedroom no. 2 has 1 double bed + 1 single bed, bedside tables and 1 wardrobe. Bedroom no. 2, 3 and 4 have an LED TV.

The holiday village Ferienparadies "Schweriner Seenplatte" is located in Dabel OT Holzendorf, 4 km from Sternberg, in the nature park region "Sternberger Seenland". The property is 2.5 hectares in size and lies directly on Holzendorf Lake. In the 200 m long shore strip there are 3 in-house bathing places. The bathing area at the campfire site is shallow, 80 m to the left the four-legged friends can swim in the water and 200 m in the direction of the forest, there is the bathing area for friends of nudism - "FKK-Strand". From 4 places, on our property at the lake, the anglers can try their "Petri luck" from land. On and near the two fishing jetties there are 2 benches each and 3 pedal boats and 10 rowing boats. In the park there are benches, a lawn for sunbathing and a campfire site. There are 2 playgrounds, both with seesaw, swing, slide and climbing frame, 1 beach and 1 volleyball court, football tennis, football and basketball and 3 table tennis tables. In our games hall there is a pool table, air hockey, table football skill tester. In the cinema room you can watch the DVD you brought with you. All houses and apartments face south and have a lake view - with balcony or terrace, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. there is a campfire once a week
