Description
Beautiful semi-detached house in Neßmersiel for rent for up to 4 people + 2 toddlers.
The approx. 85m² semi-detached house offers a bedroom with double bed, toddler bed (incl. changing table) and a bedroom with two single beds and a travel cot. Bed linen and towels can be booked in addition. Your beds are made upon arrival.
On this floor you will also find the bathroom with shower, a sink, toilet and a washing machine
WLAN is available.
On the ground floor, a large and bright living/dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher invite you to feel at home.
Outside you will find a parking space and a beautiful terrace (south facing)
at your disposal. A barbecue is available. The toddlers will find a handcart, scooter, beach toys, pedal tractor and a Bobbycar in our garden house, which can be used with pleasure. You can park your bikes in this lockable garden shed. In 3min. you can reach a nearby playground with your children.
In addition, a great wood-burning stove is at your disposal for the cooler evenings.
Our house is a non-smoking house. Pets are not welcome.
Possible excursions are: the island Baltrum (30min boat trip), distance to the ferry approx. 1,5km, beach (1,5km).
In Neßmersiel you will also find very good restaurants, a bicycle rental, the leisure centre "Sturmfrei". Here you can spend a varied day with your children in bad weather.

The holiday home Ostwind is situated in a quiet location in a dead end street. Ideal for children to play. In the immediate vicinity is a great children's playground and an excursion option to the Stumfrei leisure centre, including a wellness area, where you can spend a great day even if the weather is bad
The large sandy beach and the harbour can be easily reached on foot or by bike along the salt marshes.
Most guided mudflat walks through the Wadden Sea National Park start at the harbour and the ferries to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney leave from here.

Relaxed vacation
After our first vacation last year in this absolutely top-equipped holiday home, we have become "repeat offenders." You can hardly spend a vacation more relaxed. The house, located in an absolutely quiet area on a cul-de-sac, really lacks nothing and is in top condition. The small supermarket with a good selection is a 5-minute walk away. The dining options in Nessmersiel offer something for every preference and taste. And we, as nature lovers, particularly got our money's worth... we went to the bird observation station by bike every morning to make highly interesting observations. All in all, a very beautiful, relaxing, and eventful vacation. The chances are good that we will become "repeat offenders" to "serial offenders."

HOLIDAY HOUSE for WELL-BEING
Well-kept and lovingly furnished holiday home in a quiet location that leaves nothing to be desired! Well-stocked supermarket and bakery within walking distance (3 min). Service during booking, throughout the stay, and at departure was problem-free. Both the landlord, the Humrich family, and the property management, Ms. Kutscher, were always reachable and very friendly! We can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday home!

One week of wellness vacation
The house is fully equipped - nothing is really missing..... everything very well maintained and clean.... everything works perfectly. We were lucky to have a sunny week.... swimming in the sea.... extensive bike tours.... to start the day with breakfast on the beautiful terrace. The bakery for fresh bread rolls is a 5-minute walk away - as is the well-stocked small supermarket.
We can recommend this holiday home without reservation. We will not have been there for the last time.

Holiday home to feel good
Very beautiful and well-maintained holiday house in a great and quiet location. The house is lovingly furnished and everything has been thought of, we didn't miss anything. The small supermarket can be reached on foot in three minutes and was even open on Sundays during our stay. The Humrich family as well as Mrs. Kutscher from the property management are extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt comfortable right away and really enjoyed our stay.

Very beautiful holiday home decorated with love.
It is a very beautiful holiday home, which is furnished with a lot of love. So many details have been thought of, such as a mobile above the changing table, a night light for the children, dishes specifically for children, pictures in the "children's room". Just absolutely great. We feel really comfortable here.
I can recommend it to everyone, especially families.
