House Marnja is a detached house with approx. 80 sqm living space, distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor you will find a modern furnished living and dining area with a new comfort kitchen, a toilet, storage room with washing machine, hallway and exit to the terrace and the garden with barbecue corner.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed and a cot, the other with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower/WC. All floors on the ground floor and first floor are suitable for allergy sufferers, the mattresses have mite-proof covers.
In the attic, which is accessible via a small staircase, there are two additional beds.
Dogs are welcome (up to a maximum of three dogs). The property is fenced with double rod mats approx. 1,60 m.
Suitable for children, non-smoking, not wheelchair accessible.

Our house is situated in a spacious holiday settlement, approx. 1.5 km from the beach. It is situated in a dead-end street not far from the centre of the village with bakery and shopping facilities. The harbour with beach, dog beach and agility area is approx. 1500 m away.

Neßmersiel is a quiet, state-recognised coastal bathing resort and belongs to the municipality of Dornum.
Let yourself be pampered in the wellness oasis with massage and sauna, hairdresser and pedicure are also offered. There are several possibilities to rent bicycles and trailers, a kite meadow, playgrounds, and numerous cycling and hiking trails.
There is a supermarket, bakery, restaurants and cafés in the village.
The well-maintained sandy beach is approx. 1.5 km from the village and can be easily reached on foot. The sandy beach has
beach chairs, a playground, kiosk with snack bar and restaurant. For four-legged friends, fun and entertainment are also provided in the form of an agility course with a free-wheeling area. An additional water playground for children was newly installed in 2022.
From Neßmersiel harbour you can take the ferry to the island of Baltrum or go on a guided mudflat hike through the Wadden Sea National Park or to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney.
