Description
The bedroom has a very comfortable 180x200cm bed with adjustable slatted frames, which also allows a great view of the Baltic Sea and the entire Bay of Lübeck while lying down.
The continuous 25 cm high cold foam mattress with topper, a large "floating" 32" flat-screen TV, a large wardrobe, and a glass dressing console complete the comfort.
A large light well with a glass pane between the dining and sleeping areas brings plenty of light and spaciousness into the apartment. The bedroom can of course be darkened with an opaque pleated blind.
The living room features comfortable, high-quality genuine leather sofas, one of which has a full-size bed function with its own mattress, an electrically adjustable and movable TV armchair from Himolla made of genuine leather, a matching large footstool, and a swiveling 43" smart TV, which also allows for an unrestricted TV experience from the bathroom and dining area. CD player with radio. A large, fully functional ethanol wall fireplace also creates a cozy atmosphere and comfort on cool winter evenings.
Coffee tables in industrial look, Chinese cabinets, and various console tables are available as storage and shelving options.
Both the living room and the bedroom have direct access to the balcony.
Teak chairs, sun lounger, and table invite you to linger at airy heights. The living room, which has a convenient passage to the open kitchen, is ideal for enjoying the maritime atmosphere and the panoramic view.
The entire apartment has been newly tiled with the same wood-look floor tiles.
The bathroom has a bathtub that can also be used as a shower, a large real-glass shower screen, a bidet, and a storage shelf. The highlight, however, is the large glass opening, which offers a view of the sea (or of the swiveling television in the living room) while bathing and showering.
To maintain privacy, large sliding curtains can be drawn in front of the glass pane.
The kitchen is optimally designed and includes, in addition to the granite sink, a stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, a large dishwasher, a microwave with grill, a washer-dryer, as well as a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Sufficient glasses, dishes and cutlery, of course “pots and pans” as well as a toaster, coffee machine, pad machine and kettle are naturally included.
The apartment has free internet access.
Promenade, beach, spa gardens, 5-star Arosa Hotel, 5-star Atlantic Hotel and shopping mile are only a few steps away.
Guests in the Maritim Residence enjoy the privacy of an apartment, but can also use the hotel’s amenities such as swimming pool, sauna, wellness, etc. may be used in the house for a fee.
The residence porter’s lodge is staffed 24 hours. The Maritim Hotel offers a restaurant, a bar, and a beer pub.
The security standard is very high and access to the residences is only possible for authorized persons.

Perfect vacation apartment!
My wife and I were fortunate to be able to rent this top apartment from the very friendly John family for a week at short notice. I can only agree with the previous positive reviews. The wonderfully equipped apartment left nothing to be desired. And the top location with the incredible view! Directly located on the beach, many great restaurants with a direct view of the Baltic Sea as well as the Trave with all the ships. One can experience and do so much here that the week felt much too short for us. We would love to come back and can definitely recommend the John family and their vacation apartment!

Beautiful!!!
This flat can only be described as great! Beautifully furnished, the kitchen area perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. The large bed was super comfortable, as were the couches in the living area. Beautiful bathroom and everything very clean. The greatest thing of all was the view from the balcony over the Baltic Sea!!!! Sitting there in the morning with the first coffee and looking over the wide sea - an absolute dream! We will be very happy to come back again.
