The lovingly and cozily furnished holiday apartment is located only about 60 meters from the Trave and probably the most beautiful promenade on the Baltic Sea, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops.
Stroll for kilometers along the Vorderreihe and promenade or walk along the Brodtener steep coast all the way to Niendorf / Timmendorf, always parallel to the Baltic Sea. Due to the excellent location of the house on the corner of Am Lotsenberg / Kurgartenstraße, the apartment is especially suitable for those who prefer short distances.
Enjoy your breakfast in the sunshine on the cozy covered balcony and watch the ferries to Scandinavia passing by, which seem almost within reach.
You can get fresh rolls at the bakery / pastry shop just 3 minutes away. The 44 m² apartment is located on the second floor of a 3-story building and offers ample space for 2 people.
In the large living/sleeping area there is a very comfortable double bed available. Furthermore, there is an extendable dining table with 4 chairs, a desk equipped with tips for nearby excursions and sights, a music system with CD player, LED television, etc. The bathroom offers natural light and is equipped with a shower (hairdryer available).
In the kitchen area, there is a 4-burner stove, oven, and refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all usual kitchen utensils available.

You can park your car free of charge in the in-house underground garage (double parker upper level, max. 2 tons, no SUVs). The underground garage is conveniently accessible by elevator. Otherwise, a paid parking lot is available 200 meters away, or free parking is possible in side streets located 10 minutes away.
Through the park opposite or along the promenade, you can reach the beach in a few minutes on foot.
