Wonderful holiday home

What a wonderful vacation in a beautiful holiday home.
Everything, and even more than you need, was available.
The large holiday home with 2 bedrooms and a really large living room with an open kitchen offers plenty of space for a family of 4.
There were only two of us and we were able to take care of ourselves wonderfully in the fully equipped kitchen.
Noteworthy, alongside the great holiday home with its own pool, are Bärbel, Manoli, and Nikki, who always did everything to ensure that their guests were well taken care of and lacked nothing.
The regular barbecues, to which Manoli invited his guests and where Nikki repeatedly demonstrated her cooking skills, are legendary.

For people who want a relaxed vacation in a small complex and have the opportunity to interact informally with the other guests, it is the ideal location.

Just dreamy

Even on our fifth visit in a row, everything was perfect. Manoli and his team manage to convey Greek warmth and joy of life again and again. Particularly valuable is the German-speaking manager Bärbel, who is available for questions, tips and concerns.
The remote house is cozy and stylishly furnished. Everything you need for a stay in a holiday home is available.
It will definitely not be our last stay.

Visiting friends

After 2021, we visited Manoli again in 2023. Once again, we were impressed by his Greek hospitality. His BBQ evenings, which he organizes for his guests and friends, are unforgettable.
His German-speaking manager Bärbel took care of us wonderfully again.
Away from mass tourism, Pitsidia and the easily accessible beaches by car are worth a visit.

Beautiful

This year we were at Manolis' vacation homes for the 4th time and are always thrilled.
With the lovingly designed facility by Manolis, you feel at home every time.
Villa Paradiso 1 is comfortably furnished and the beautiful terrace with its loungers and lovely pool is simply inviting for relaxation.
The caring service provided by Manolis, for example with an fruit-yogurt-muesli in the morning or his legendary barbecues, make the holiday unique every time!
Furthermore, Bärbel, the German contact person and organizer on site, is worth gold.
Overall, Pitsidia and the surrounding area offer beautiful holiday experiences, whether it's with great beaches, delicious food, or a great town like Matala nearby.
We will definitely come back next year and are already looking forward to it!

Wonderful holiday home with caring host.

My husband, our 8-month-old daughter, my mother, and I spent a lovely week in Villa Paradiso 1. The house had all the amenities one needed and was very clean. Due to our illness, we spent a lot of time on the beautiful terrace and were still able to relax and recover a bit. Bärbel was always available to help us. Manolis brought us fresh fruit and omelettes and cooked one evening for us, his family, and friends. It was a beautiful and heartfelt evening. We will definitely come back and stay a little longer next time. The house, the village, the beach, and above all the hospitality are simply unique!

Very nice!

We had two beautiful weeks at the beginning of May 2023 in Villa Paradisos I with my heavily handicapped mother. Prior to our stay, it was important for us to know if my mother could move around the house and adjacent terrace with her walker on one level. Our questions were answered quickly and reliably by Bärbel. On site, my mother was provided with a chair with a backrest which made it easier for her to stand up. Manolo, a very friendly, creative and warm-hearted host, gifted us with laughter, oranges, lemons and a few eggs. A special highlight was the shared cooking experience in the open kitchen with Bärbel, Manolo and other holiday guests. The house was very clean and the equipment corresponded to the information on the internet. At the end of the first week, there was an intermediate cleaning.

Welcome time out before the dark season

We had a wonderful week with our two children (4 and 5 years old) from 15-22.10.2022 at Villa Paradisos I and its grounds. We received a very warm welcome despite our late arrival. This cordiality continued throughout our entire holiday week. We were helped with any questions and the tips for excursions provided in the holiday home were very helpful. The holiday home was very clean and the equipment corresponded exactly to the information on the internet, simply perfect. Even before the holiday, we had very friendly communication with Bärbel, so that we could actually enjoy our holiday right from the moment we landed. It was an all-round perfect week and can definitely be recommended to families with small children. Thank you very much for everything

Like paradise

Super nice house, everything you need and very clean. In addition to our own pool right in front of the house, there is a larger communal pool on the grounds that our children also enjoyed using. Manolis also spoiled us with an omelette and a BBQ evening. Bärbel also gave us great support on site, e.g. with booking a boat tour
In the village, you can find everything for your daily needs within walking distance, as well as good tavernas.

Pure relaxation

This is the third time we have stayed with Manolis and once again we spent 15 wonderful days in Villa Paradiso 1! Many thanks to Manolis, Bärbel and Niki, who make the holiday unforgettable with their lovely, friendly and warm manner. We love the house, the pool, the beautiful Komos beach, the Bunga Bunga bar and the small town of Pitsidia, where they even played live music again this year!
It's just pure relaxation and that's why we'll be back next year!

Dream holiday like in paradise

We (unfortunately) only spent 6 days in Villa Paradiso 1 and were super satisfied! Manolis is an extremely friendly host, cordial and courteous but very discreet. Bärbel took great care of us and was always available. We found a lot of good information in her folder with tips. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and equipped with all comforts. The private pool is big enough and offers shady areas from midday. The air conditioning is very good and restaurants and supermarkets only a few minutes walk from the house. The beach of Komos is only 5 minutes away by car, fantastically beautiful and we found the bar Bunga Bunga there super because it is not very touristy. Our conclusion: A holiday in a Manolis holiday home is highly recommended and we would have liked to stay here longer! It's nice that something like this still exists far away from mass tourism - we'll gladly come back!

Top- Urlaub

Einen gelungenen Urlaub erkennt man daran, wenn man traurig wird weil die Abreise bevorsteht. Wir waren wie immer sehr traurig. Die super Betreuung von Bärbel und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Manolis waren wieder hervorragend. Die "Zwei" sind unserer Meinung nach nicht zu toppen. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Wir waren nun schon zum 3. Mal hier und sicher war das nicht unser letzter Urlaub den wir hier verbringen werden. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit, bei und mit Euch!

Tolles sauberes Ferienhaus

Dieses Ferienhaus kann man sehr empfehlen. Wir waren total begeistert und kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder. Der kleine überschaubare Pool war für unsere Jungs perfekt. Tür auf in den Pool rein, toll. Erholung pur.

Beautiful holiday in Pitsidia

We stayed with Manolis in Pitsidia for the second time this year. We rented Villa Paradiso 1 and were just as thrilled as the year before. The attention to detail makes each house special. Everything is very individually furnished, very clean and lacking nothing. Pitsidia itself is a quiet village with wonderful tavernas and a great Komos beach.
It is the hospitality of Manolis and Bärbel that makes the holidays so special. Whether it's omelette, fish, calamari or vegetables, everything tastes just super good with Manolis. The barbecue evenings in particular are a highlight every time, and Manolis Raki is also used here and there?
It was once again an unforgettable, relaxing and wonderful holiday!
We will definitely come back next year and are already looking forward to it.

Mal wieder Erholung pur

Wir waren zum zweiten mal bei Manolis und hatte wieder eine wunderbare Zeit. Er und seine Verwalterin Bärbel sind tolle Gastgeber und lassen es an nichts fehlen. Alles ist so herrlich unkompliziert. Spontane Ausflüge und tolle Barbecues verwöhnten die ganze Familie. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

...die besten 10 Tage in diesem verrückten Jahr 2020

Wir sind seit einer Stunde zurück von den wahrscheinlich schönsten 10 Tagen in 2020.

Kurzfristig ein paar Tage vorher gebucht konnten wir unsere eigentlich für April 2020 geplante Kreta Reise doch noch ermöglichen und es hat sich wirklich gelohnt.
Die An- und Abreise verlief völlig unproblematisch; -Maske auf und durch.
Vor Ort wird mit der notwendigen Sorgfalt mit dem Thema Corona umgegangen, aber alles ganz entspannt.
Wir konnten jederzeit abschalten, was bei dem Gastgeber Manolis auch nicht schwer fällt.
Das Haus hat in 2020 noch ein zweites kleines Bad erhalten (Rollstuhlgerecht) und macht es somit noch attraktiver, als wir es 2017 ohnehin schon kennengelernt haben.

Auf ein Wiedersehen in 2021
und vielen Dank an das ganze Team um Manolis herum für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub 2020.

Wirklich ein kleines Paradise

Wir verlebten zu Dritt eine super schöne, erholsame Woche. Obwohl wir diese Woche sehr kurzfristig buchten lief der ganze Ablauf dank Bärbel der Verwalterin denoch sehr angenehm und einwandfrei ab. Angekommen wurden wir so nett empfangen von Bärbel und auch von Manolis das wir uns gleich heimisch fühlten, trotz der jetzigen angespannten Lage. Manolis hatte uns mit seiner liebevollen Art sofort für sich gewonnen. Er bekochte uns mit landestypischen Speisen. Immer wieder brachte er uns Eier von seinen Hühnern oder einen Früchteteller oder oder.. vorbei. Hätten wir gekonnt hätten wir ihn sofort eingepackt und mit nach Hause genommen. Für uns war das eine tolle Erfahrung da wir bisher nur Pauschal gebucht hatten. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für diese super schöne Zeit die wir bei euch verleben durften!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Empfehlung!!!

Ein Künstler und Bauunternehmer in einem - Manolis hat ein fantastisches Anwesen geschaffen, auf dem man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Abends lädt er gerne mal zum Essen an die lange Tafel ein.... herrlich. Toller Ort für einen Familienurlaub.

Wir waren begeistert und kommen wieder

Wir haben das erste Mal auf diese Art Urlaub gemacht und es nicht bereut.Das Haus ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Manolis ist unglaublich lieb und kümmert sich um seine Gäste..jeden Tag bringt er irgendeine Kleinigkeit vorbei(Eier,Melone,Bananen,Ol )und man spürt wie wichtig es ihm ist das die Gäste sich wohlfühlen, auch Bärbel ist immer für alle da und man kann sich jederzeit mit Fragen an sie wenden.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, also Entspannung ab der ersten Minute. Minimärkte ,Tavernen, Metzger und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar, für grössere Einkäufe muss man ca. 10 Minuten fahren. Strand und die nächst grössere Stadt mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus mit netter Betreuung

Wir haben 5 sehr schöne Tage in Pitsidia verbracht und sind von Manolis richtig verwöhnt worden. Er hat uns mal eine Melone vorbei gebracht dann zum Frühstück ein super leckeres Omelette gezaubert und uns ein Abend mit seinen Kochkünsten verwöhnt.
Dank Bärbel war alles super organisiert und sie hat uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben.
Die Anlage ist nett angelegt und das Haus war super sauber.

Frühling auf Kreta

Wir waren für eine Woche im April auf Kreta, es hat uns super gefallen. Die Natur ist wunderschön, alles blüht, die Menschen sind freundlich und entspannt. Das Haus hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, großzügig und modern, mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet und einer großen Terasse. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Waffeleisen und jede Menge Geschirr. An einem Abend wurden sogar alle Gäste vom Vermieter bekocht. Sehr familiär

Erholsamer Traumurlaub

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Stückchen "Paradies" rundum wohl gefühlt. Von Bärbel wurden wir herzlich empfangen und auch in den 14 Tagen hatte Sie immer mal vorbei geschaut und sich erkundigt , ob alles in Ordnung ist. Manolis ist mit Worten schwer zu beschreiben. Ein Gastgeber wie wir selten jemand kennen gelernt haben. Kreativer Kopf der kleinen Anlage, die Häuser alle individuell erbaut und eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Ein Highlight , das Barbecue ,zu dem Manolis eingeladen hat. Super lecker .Auch stand er immer wieder vor der Tür mit kleinen Überraschungen. Von daher, vom Bodensee noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Manolis und Bärbel. Wir werden noch lange an diesen Urlaub denken.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir können uns nur den Worten der vorherigen Bewerter anschließen. Von Beginn an fühlten wir uns in Manolis` geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus heimisch und pudelwohl. Täglich wurden wir von Manolis mit Köstlichkeiten und frischen Frühstückseiern versorgt. Seine herzliche Gastfreundlichkeit lässt sich nicht in Worte fassen. So etwas findet man nur noch ganz selten auf diesem Planeten. Die Krönung war die Einladung zu einem phantastischen Barbequeabend. Aber auch seine Kreativität und das handwerkliche Geschick von Manolis war beeindruckend. Auch bei Bärbel möchten wir uns für Alles herzlich bedanken. Jegliche Wünsche wurden umgehend von ihr erfüllt. Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem kleinen Paradies, der zu schnell zu Ende ging. Wir kommen aber bestimmt wieder.

Phantastisch!

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt bei Manolis - und es war sicher nicht der letzte!
Vor der Anreise hatten wir spekuliert, ob es beim zweiten Mal genauso schön sein würde... - und das war es und sogar noch viel schöner:
Manolis als einzigartiger, so warmherzige Gastgeber, Bärbel, die einen Super-Job macht und sich wirklich hervorragend um ihre Gäste kümmert, der Ort Pitsidia an sich mit all seinen liebenswerten Bewohnern! All das ist sicher einzigartig und absolut nicht selbstverständlich!
Auch der Ausflug, den Manolis und seine Frau für uns Gäste organisiert hat ("Safari") war toll und bleibt unvergesslich! Wir haben so viel mehr von Land und Leuten und südkretischer Lebensart mitbekommen, dass irgendetwas anderers - ein Hotelurlaub z.B. - für uns unvorstellbar geworden ist!

Urlaub bei Freunden

Hier wird Gastfreundlichkeit wirklich gelebt und ist jeden Tag zu spüren:
-bei einem herzlichen Empfang bei der späten Ankunft in der Nacht,
-beim schnellen und unkomplizierten Reagieren auf kleine "Extra"-Wünsche",
-bei der Hilfe bei medizinischen Problemen (kleiner Badeunfall),
-bei der Hilfe nach einer Auto-Panne (platter Reifen),
-bei der Einladung zu einem Barbecue-Abend (super lecker),
bei ... ( zu jedem Tag könnte ich mindestens ein Beispiel nennen)
Gebe es mehr Sterne zu verteilen, würde ich das auch gerne machen.
Bei dieser Adresse bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich nicht doch zu einem "Wiederholungstäter" werde, was ich bei allen bisherigen Urlauben noch nicht gemacht habe. Jedenfalls spricht nichts dagegen.

Ländlich luxuriöse Unterkunft

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Pitsidia verbracht. Die Gegend ist ländlich ohne Massentourismus. Man kann sehr gut Lanf und Leute kennen lernen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit diversen lokalen Leckereien verwöhnt. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Tavernen vor Ort sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben viele nette Menschen kennen gelernt und kommen gern wieder.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool. Unser Gastgeber hat uns bestens versorgt, es gab selbstgekochtes Essen und traumhaften Tintenfisch. Wir fühlten uns willkomen und haben auch die Tipps für die Umgebung genossen. Immer wieder zu empfehlen.

Kreta authentisch

Seit 2010 kommen wir jährlich nach Kreta und sind Gast bei Manolis Pachakis. Für uns ist das immer ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in inzwischen sehr vertrauter Umgebung und stets bei bestem Wetter.
Die Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters und sein großes Engagement für seine Gäste geben den Aufenthalten eine besondere Note und machen sie so authentisch für Kreta und Griechenland.
