Our exclusive holiday flat "Seeschwalbe" is comfortably and lovingly furnished for 4 people. (Apartment size: 68 sqm) It is located on the ground floor with a large south-west terrace with garden furniture and its own large garden. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a very good leather couch and a high-quality kitchenette at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with cooker and oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. TV and stereo are also available.
A travel cot for children and a high chair are of course available.
This flat is purely non-smoking. Dog allowed on request.

The holiday flat is located in the Baltic seaside resort of Prerow at Mühlenstr. 4b. Mühlenstr. is not a main street and is absolutely quiet. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the harbour are only an 8-minute walk away. Good shopping facilities such as supermarket, bakery and also restaurants are nearby.
Enjoy a quiet, peaceful holiday in Prerow.
The wonderful, long, white sandy beach offers plenty of space to relax, play and have fun and invites you to go on beach walks. The unspoilt western beach is incomparable.

The Darß primeval forest invites you to bicycle rides and hikes.
A boat trip on the Prerow Stream is also an experience.
In spring and autumn you can watch large flocks of cranes and wild geese resting on the Bodden on their way to Sweden.

The Baltic seaside resort of Prerow with its long sandy beach and its lovely large forest area has a history of more than 100 years as a bathing and recreation resort
You can reach the 13 km long wild west beach by bike in 15 minutes, or you can take a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride to the lighthouse.
You can also take long bike rides through the small villages to Ahrenshoop and back.
In autumn, don't forget the large flocks of cranes flying in. An experience in itself.
