Description

There is a bedroom, as well as a separate children's room.

The flat is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, colour TV, cot, high chair, stereo, cooker with oven and a bicycle storage room
The large terrace is on the south-west side of the house and invites you to sunbathe after a visit to the beach. Garden furniture is of course part of the equipment.
You can reach the flat via a separate entrance.

Great holiday apartment in the center of Prerow.

Very beautiful and centrally located holiday apartment, from which everything can be reached on foot. The apartment is very well equipped, dishwasher, equipment for small children, washing machine (for a fee), cleaning and kitchen utensils, and much more, even pets are welcome. Hassle-free check-in and great communication with the landlord and property manager. We traveled with 2 children aged 11 and 14 years and would come back anytime.

Very nice holiday apartment

We had a very nice and relaxing time in this great vacation apartment. The apartment is quiet yet centrally located, very clean and cozy. There was absolutely nothing to criticize, and we would love to come back. The landlords are also very nice and friendly. We look forward to our next vacation in this apartment.

Very nice apartment

Everything is available in the spacious apartment. We were there with 2 children and 1 dog. Very good amenities. The landlord on site was very accommodating, as was the caretaker. Everything is within walking distance: supermarket, bike rental, Bodden harbor, center, and beach. Would love to return.

Great accommodation in a quiet location

The apartment was perfect for the two of us with a small dog. Everything needed for a quiet self-catering holiday at the Baltic Sea was available and worked perfectly. Ideally located as a starting point for beautiful hikes (to the Baltic Sea, to the lighthouse, to Zingst, etc.). Communication with the landlord and local support also worked great. We will definitely book again for next year.

Family vacation with dog

We spent 1 week on vacation in this great, well-kept, and well-located holiday apartment during the autumn holidays. We brought our dog with us. The kitchen of the apartment is generously equipped and lacks nothing, the bathroom is bright and quite large, the 2 bedrooms offer enough space and storage, and a vacuum cleaner is available (I always find that important when traveling with kids and a dog). The location is top, about 10-12 min. It's only a few minutes on foot to the beach and the town center. We will definitely come back.

Very beautiful and well-equipped apartment.

The apartment has a very beautiful view of the meadows. It is quietly located and not far from the forest. Three restaurants are nearby. They can be reached on foot.

Vacation with Dog

We were in Prerow for the first time.
The reception was nice and uncomplicated.
The apartment is fully equipped and very clean.
See also the description and photos on the website.
The harbor, the city center, and the beach were easily accessible on foot.
We felt very comfortable. Our dog did too!
We will come back.

Recommended for: families with children, seniors, vacation with pets, beach vacation, cycling, etc.

Darß vacation in Prerow/Car-free

We were welcomed by Mr. Pomplun and Mr. Meinhardt in a friendly manner. The vacation days in Prerow were very nice. Cycling on Darß, hiking on the West Beach in the National Park to Darßer Ort, excursions to Wieck, Born, and Zingst by bike were eventful. What we really like is the authentic town of Prerow. 1 week without a car made this vacation very relaxing. Greetings to Mr. Pomplun and Mr. Meinhardt.

Very happy to come back again

The accommodation is centrally located in the village, everything is easily reachable on foot. The contact with the landlord was flawless, and the handover with the caretaker was also very good.
However, the reason it doesn't quite deserve 5/5 stars is simply that the apartment is very noisy, and you can hear every step in the apartment above.

Die Wohnung ist seit 20 Jahren in der Vermietung, bisher hat sich kein Gast über die Hellhörigkeit beschwert. Dies kann man auch aus den vorher gehenden Bewertungen der anderen Gäste entnehmen. Sollte es zu Trittschallgeräuschen gekommen sein, ist dies nur durch ein rücksichtsloses Verhalten der Gäste aus der Obergeschoßwohnung zu erklären.

Everything is available to spend a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Easy-care furnishings with tiled floors, functioning heating for cooler evenings, large south-west terrace, bicycle shed, practical utility room available, sufficient cabinets for clothing storage, and a super practical anteroom/entrance area - all around an apartment to feel comfortable in. We spent great days here with weather for the beach and cycling and say thank you!

Tolle Ferienwohnung
