Welcome to the “Little Villa” in the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow – your retreat for relaxing holidays as a couple, with friends, or with family. The lovingly furnished holiday home offers 45 m² of space for up to 4 guests and welcomes you with a spacious living area, where you can relax on the sofa or spend cozy evenings in front of the TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, so you can indulge yourself culinarily. A bedroom ensures restful sleep, while the modern bathroom with hairdryer offers additional comfort.

Enjoy sunny hours on the terrace with comfortable garden furniture or prepare a delicious meal on the BBQ grill on mild evenings. The green garden invites you to linger and offers space for relaxation. A private parking space is available directly at the house. Bed linen is of course provided, and thanks to free Wi-Fi you are always connected. The Kleine Villa is a non-smoking house and is also suitable for longer stays as well as for tradespeople. The surroundings delight with pure nature, wide horizons, and proximity to the famous lighthouse. Experience Ostseebad Prerow at its idyllic side and enjoy carefree days in your holiday home.

Location and surroundings of object

Thatched with reeds, the Little Villa enchants you as soon as you enter the dining area with integrated kitchenette through its special charm. Television and audio systems, including a small selection of CDs, are part of the amenities, as well as some exciting crime novels and other books.

Upstairs, on the open sleeping loft accessible via a ladder with two single beds (100 x 200 cm), children feel right at home. From there you have a special view through the gable window into the tall trees of the garden. The adults dream in a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm) and a view of the garden. Early in the morning, you might even spot a hare on the lawn in front of the Little Villa. In the small shower room, you will find everything you need. The kitchen of the Little Villa is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, coffee machine, and kettle. In addition, the Little Villa has a separate small living room with a partitioned area for clothing and luggage.

Next to the entrance area on the south gable is the terrace, inviting you to sit and have breakfast in the morning sun. A charcoal grill and fire bowl are also available for you and guarantee cozy hours. The garden with its old trees also invites you to linger and dream.
The windows in every room have fly screens. The free use of the internet (Wi-Fi) is, for us, a matter of course.
In the interest of all guests, we ask for your understanding that smoking is generally not permitted in the house.
The family dog is very welcome to come along by prior arrangement. However, please keep it on a leash on the property. Beach, national park, and fresh Baltic Sea air await you!

We warmly welcome you. Enjoy your vacation in one of our lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday homes. Both houses are located on Schulstraße and are situated at the rear part of a large property, which is distinguished by a unique stock of old trees. Schulstraße itself is close to the town center, yet completely quiet on a hardly frequented side street.
