Description
The tastefully furnished holiday flat Ostseetraum on the 1st floor is spread over two floors.
The holiday flat consists of a combined living and dining area, a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave, a living room with cosy couch corner, flat screen satellite TV.
There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is on the top floor of the house and can be reached via an open staircase in the living room and has a flat-screen satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a towel radiator. A large south-facing balcony with cosy patio furniture and parasol invites you to relax.
Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle shed. A high chair and a travel cot are available for younger guests.
The flat has a reserved parking space (no. 3).
Pets can be brought along after consultation.
WLAN can be used free of charge.

The new island harbour in Prerow is set to open at the start of the 2024 season. The 720 metre-long bridge will be the longest pier in the Baltic Sea region. The new harbour will include a berth for a 28-metre-long rescue cruiser from the German Maritime Search and Rescue Service (DGzRS), eight berths for local fishermen and 33 berths for pleasure craft seeking protection. The future harbour building will also have a roof terrace offering a panoramic view of Prerow Bay and the island harbour.
With the construction of the island harbour in Prerow, a shipping connection to the Danish island of Møn (Denmark), Rügen, Usedom and Hiddensee is also to be re-established.

Tatsächlich Ostseetraum
Die Ferienwohnung hält was die Beschreibung verspricht. Eine großzügige Wohnung die mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, so dass man wirklich selber kochen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ordentlich und auch durch diverse Reinigungsgeräte besteht die Möglichkeit den eingebrachten Sand selbständig zu entfernen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig, der Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist toll.
Hier gibt es nix zu merkern.
Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub, ich werde wiederkommen.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub an der Ostsee.
Diese Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar und gemütlich ausgestattet und mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Großzügige Räume , eine gut ausgestattete und geräumige Küche. Außerdem wirkt die Einrichtung wirklich hochwertig und auf dem Balkon lässt sich der Tag perfekt ausklingen. Im gesamten ist die Wohnung sehr schön sauber und gepflegt.
Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war äußerst angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!
