Description
Through a corridor you enter the new open kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, Jura coffee fully automatic, additionally a coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, oven and a gas oven. A kitchen package (dishtowels, Spültaps, dishcloth and dishwashing) are offered for free.
The high quality and cozy furnished living room is very convenient. The large 49 inch television invites to beautiful evenings in the winter months the fireplace with a glass of wine (1 bottle of good wine is from us for you) a. A DVD collection of films is available.
The living room leads to the large terrace which is equipped with beautiful garden furniture, awning, glass windshield, 2 beds and barbecue grills. Unfortunately, at the moment no pictures available.
On the ground floor one bedroom is equipped with a 0,90m x 2,00m bed a quality Madratze.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is also new. (Hair dryer, magnifying mirror, etc. available).
Upstairs are two bedrooms. One room has a Boxspringdoppelbett ( ) and two generous closets and a television. The second bedroom is also with two Einzelboxspringbetten (each 0,90m x 2,00m) which optionally can be pushed together equipped. Also there is a TV available. All German programs.

Location and surroundings of object
At the 30 km long thin chain of North Holland between mountains and the Helder Julianadorp is an Zee. There is a nice shopping center (Aldi, Lidl u. Deen), the fishmonger de Boer, a good Eiscafè, many restaurants and cozy cafes, several doctors and a pharmacy and other fine shops.
The house is situated in a small and quiet park right on a large plot surrounded by tulip fields. They have a car park in front of the house. The house has a large 450sqm beautifully landscaped garden, which is fully fenced and is overgrown with hedges. A large playground is available in the park. On the other side of the road to the park is a 9-hole golf course (including golf lessons), 6-hole Family Golf (built 2016) (for anyone), mini-golf and a new subtropical swimming pool (giant slide, jacuzzi, children's pool).
Julianadorp aan Zee was awarded the "Blue Flag". The beach was determined for its cleanliness and high quality. The stunning sunsets to be enjoyed "Paal 6" (open all year) or at a beach walk necessarily at the beach restaurant.
There are great destinations give cause to boredom such as Den Helder Fort Kijkduin, Marine Museum, the lighthouse Huisduinen, harbor, market. Texel: by ferry every half hour from Den Helder. Alkmaar: Historic Old Town, canal cruise, cheese market. Issel-Sea: Afsluitdijk, Medemblick, Horn. Amsterdam: Canal cruise, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Anne Frank House. Beverwijk: biggest Bazaar in Europe.
A stable with 2 riding halls and guest boxes are nearby. Beach rides on Leihpferden or own horses is possible.

Excellent accommodation
Holiday home lovingly and professionally furnished down to the smallest detail! The sauna saved us two rainy November days (can happen ;-) we will gladly come back and can highly recommend this house!

Great family weekend at the beach house Juliana
We spent a weekend at Beach House Juliana and really enjoyed our time there. There were 4 adults, a child (4 years old), and a dog in the house, and we felt very comfortable. There was plenty of space, everything was very clean and cozy, and we especially loved the fireplace, the garden, and the tasteful decor. The beach is more or less around the corner, and there is also a playground nearby. The contract processing and also the "key handover" were completely smooth and very tenant-friendly. We will gladly come back!

Very well-equipped and beautifully furnished holiday home
The beach house Juliana is modern and very nicely furnished. The Yperhof Park where this house is located is very well-kept. The garden is quite large, and the terrace is equipped with beautiful furniture. We can only recommend this house; we had a few very nice days in the cozy house.

Sehr schön eingerichtet Häuschen
We have rented many accommodations in/around Julianadorp. This one is definitely one of the nicer, higher-quality houses. You can immediately tell that the friendly owners are also occasionally on site. We didn't miss anything and if we had, it would surely be improved for the next guests. Everything is bright, modern, and clean. There were four of us plus a dog here and we will definitely book again. The park is located a few meters away from Paal 6/7, but closer to the town for shopping. Everything looks very well-maintained, so you can feel comfortable.

Very beautiful, very relaxing short vacation.
We were completely thrilled by the Beach House Juliana. It is decorated very tastefully and with lots of love. The equipment is high-quality and leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate...which made us even more grateful for the infrared sauna at the end of a long beach walk. Definitely a highlight during tulip season. We would love to come back!
