5 kilometres below Den Helder and only 75 kilometres north of Amsterdam lies the beautiful village of Julianadorp aan Zee with around 15,000 inhabitants. We offer a holiday bungalow in the holiday home park "De Yperhof" with exclusive furnishings for rent all year round.
The excellent location leaves nothing to be desired:
The North Sea beach, 900 metres away, stretches 40 kilometres of sandy beach from Den Helder to Petten. In Julianadorp itself, you will find two unique cafés directly on the beach, open 365 days a year and offering a spectacular view of the sea.
Within a radius of 1.5 kilometres, the village offers everything you need: In addition to a subtropical swimming pool in the Landal Park, you will also find a golf course, various restaurants, fashion shops, a Lidl and the shopping centre "De Riepel" with an Albert Heijn, a Jumbo and a butcher's shop. In the neighbouring town of Den Helder, you will find a pedestrian zone with various shops, various sights (Marine Museum, Fort Kijkduin with sea water aquarium) and activities such as a climbing park or petting zoo, and last but not least, the ferry port that takes you to the island of Texel in only 20 minutes.

Beautiful holiday home

We were in the holiday home for a week and the holiday home was well furnished. Upon arrival, unfortunately, it was very dirty, which we then cleaned ourselves with the vacuum cleaner just in case. The landlady could have sent the cleaning company again, but since we already had things in the house, we did it ourselves. I can only advise everyone to store cool items separately in a container for the first night, as the refrigerator should always be turned off after the previous tenants leave and it takes about 12 hours for it to be properly cool. The landlord could change this by setting the refrigerator to level 2 instead of turning it completely off after departure. Overall, it is a nice holiday home that is also completely fenced and has a parking space right in front of the door. The gas fireplace must be added for a small fee per week. It can get very warm in the house even when the blinds are down, but that didn't bother us. We would definitely come back as it is very fair in terms of price-performance.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wir möchten jedoch einige Punkte richtigstellen:

Bei der Sauberkeit handelte es sich lediglich um etwas Sand auf der Couch. Das darf selbstverständlich nicht vorkommen, und wir haben unsere Reinigungsfirma bereits darauf hingewiesen, hier künftig besonders sorgfältig zu sein.
Die ungewöhnlich hohe Temperatur lag daran, dass das Thermostat von Ihnen auf 25 °C eingestellt wurde (im August) – normalerweise heizt sich das Haus nicht derart auf.
Auch die Aussage, dass der Kühlschrank 12 Stunden brauche, können wir so nicht bestätigen. In Ferienhäusern ist es üblich, den Kühlschrank bei Abreise auszuschalten, und er erreicht die Kühltemperatur deutlich schneller.

Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen das Haus insgesamt gefallen hat, möchten aber Missverständnisse gerne klarstellen.

Very beautiful house

We were unfortunately only in the house for 1 week. Very nice and cozy house. Nothing was missing. Everything was clean. The furniture was well-maintained and the beds were not sagging. The garden was completely fenced, so our dog could move freely in the garden. The house is very centrally located. Not far from the beach and not far from the village. Anytime gladly again.

Cozy short vacation

Everything was to our complete satisfaction. The entire house was in top condition, very clean, beautifully modern, and yet cozily furnished. The beds were very comfortable, although the room with the double bed was a bit cramped. The garden is spacious, not overlooked, and completely fenced at a reasonable height, which was great for our 8-month-old royal poodle. Communication with Mrs. Rosery was straightforward and warm. We would love to come back.

Wonderful vacation home!

Dear Rosery Family,
we had a wonderful week in your holiday home with everything a vacation at the North Sea has to offer. Through many previous family vacations, we know the area and also various other holiday homes in the different holiday parks found in Julianadorp. The holiday home is very well equipped, offers everything one needs, and provides a lot of comfort. We especially enjoyed the beautiful, wind-protected terrace. Since we only rented the holiday home for two people, we chose the larger of the two bedrooms. The second room with a double bed is a bit cramped, but this was not an issue for us. Communication with Mrs. Rosery was very pleasant and also possible on short notice without any problems. We would love to come back and are already discussing our vacation plans for next year. Schönes Ferienhaus

We spent 2 weeks in this really well-kept holiday home. The interior is tastefully selected and the kitchen equipment is practical. There is enough crockery and cutlery available so that you do not have to constantly run the dishwasher. I have always chosen houses where dogs are not allowed, but with this accommodation, I have to say that it was not a problem here. So no dog hair on the sofa or in bed. We were able to leave our car for 14 days and only used our bikes or walked. The Yperhof is a quiet and well-kept holiday home development. We will not be in Julianadorp for the last time.

The house is very cozy and modernly furnished and has a garden that is secluded and completely fenced in. The house has everything you need, is well equipped and very clean. The contact with the landlord is great, responded very quickly. The bedroom is a bit small but has a very comfortable bed. We felt very comfortable in the house and the entire park and would book again at any time. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful holiday home with a fantastic garden

We felt very comfortable and had a great stay in a very cozy and very clean holiday home. We didn't miss anything.

The fenced garden was perfect for us and our dog. The location was also great and the complex was very quiet.

Shopping facilities and the beach were easy to reach by bike or car.

Nice holiday home with pool and sea view in a quiet location.

We had a very pleasant stay in the comfortably furnished holiday home. Everything you need is available. We felt very comfortable.

There is enough space in the living room for the whole family. The bathroom is spacious. The children's bedroom is also generous. Only the parents' bedroom is a bit smaller and has less storage space, but this is not a real problem.

The view into the beautifully designed garden is great; the location is very peaceful. Both the beach and shopping facilities are quickly accessible. There are plenty of parking spaces at the beach.

The contact with the landlords was great; inquiries were promptly answered. We can fully recommend the holiday home.

Relaxing vacation in a beautiful holiday home

We felt very comfortable in this lovingly furnished house. The only thing that was missing was a wardrobe to hang clothes, but that's nitpicking ;-). The garden is completely fenced and big enough, so our dog also felt very comfortable. Shops for daily needs can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The beach can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or by car in 5 minutes.

Dream vacation in Julianadorp.

We have been going to Julianadorp for years and have also stayed at the Yperhof holiday park several times. However, we liked the house of the Rosery family the best! The park is located about 20 minutes' walk from the dunes and the North Sea beach, which we find to be a good location. The house is located at the beginning of the park and there is a parking space right in front of the house.

The house is beautifully furnished and clean, the garden is high-fenced and well-maintained. We didn't miss anything inside or outside the house. Great garden furniture, windbreak awning, large refrigerator, modern bathroom with hairdryer - everything was there. The beds are also super comfortable.

We were four people and a dog, and it was a perfect fit. We had a lot of fun.

We really liked the contact with Mrs. Rosery, all questions were answered quickly and easily, and we were even allowed to stay longer on the day of departure.

We will definitely come back!
