Are you looking for an exclusive holiday home in a prime location? Here it is! The house is located on one of the most beautiful plots in Julianadorp. You have a direct view over the tulip fields to the large dunes. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset from the lounge under the covered terrace.
The new kitchen features a Smeg oven, which makes cooking a sheer pleasure. The side-by-side fridge and freezer with ice crusher is the next highlight of the kitchen. For the spacious bright living room with a fantastic view of the dunes, we have acquired a cozy high-quality leather couch and a 75-inch TV.
All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. Additionally, the house has underfloor heating.
The conservatory was equipped with a high bar table and high chairs. There you can toast to a beautiful vacation with a glass of Prosecco. The newly designed bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a whirlpool with light therapy and a walk-in rain shower with a Sunshower "Fen Sunshower for a worry-free day". While in the whirlpool, you can dim the lights and change the colors using a remote control. A pleasure after nice walks on the beach. The daylight bathroom upstairs also has a walk-in rain shower. The surrounding terrace is covered by the lounge area or protected with a glass windbreak. The dining area also has a glass windbreak and can be accessed directly from the conservatory.
This vacation home leaves nothing to be desired.

Villa Sandkorn is located in the exclusive Golf and Beach Resort Ooghduyne. The well maintained park is surrounded by small lakes and canals. The park offers a wide range of leisure activities:

The wonderful beach has been awarded several times with the environmental prize and the beautiful dune landscape is ideal for beautiful cycling and hiking tours.
The beach is about one kilometre away and is easy to reach. The path leads along the beautiful flower fields. The new beach restaurant PAAL 6 is open all year round.
A riding stable with 2 riding halls and guest boxes is about 500m away. You can also ride on the beach on rented horses. Julianadorp has the most sunshine hours in Holland. It is surrounded by flower fields that glow in all colours at the flowering time. There are several good restaurants in the village, ice cafe, as well as a large shopping centre, Aldi, Deen, Lidl, pharmacy, baker, butcher, fish shop

This holiday home really deserves the highest number of stars. Everything is just right from A to Z.
You arrive and immediately feel very comfortable. Everything has been furnished with heart and love. The beds/mattresses are incredibly comfortable...you sleep so well on them that it's hard to get up in the morning "smile". The furnishing is beautiful...the equipment mega well thought out...the view in the garden...the sunset...the garden furniture "especially the hammock"...really everything really great. We will definitely be back. A big thank you to the landlady for the nice contact, and the little welcome gift "We only left the champagne bottle because we don't drink alcohol"...But we thought it was really sweet :-)

A dream! Beautiful holiday home in North Holland
In June/July 2019, we were one of the first guest families in this beautifully furnished detached single-family house. Everything was like new, and we felt comfortable from the first minute. There were four of us, but size-wise, we could have also vacationed there with six people. One bedroom with two separate beds (and a sofa bed) was only used by us as a storage room for luggage, the additional wardrobe was also advantageous. The garden is amazing, with a lounge, a dining table with a large umbrella, a Weber grill, a wooden hammock, a view of the tulip fields (which unfortunately were already harvested during our visit), a panoramic view of the dunes, and the two Dutch bikes. Everything was just as we had hoped for. We also had two e-bikes, e-scooters, and an e-longboard with us, and the bike paths in the dunes are perfect for a long electric trip. The contact with the landlord (Family Knickenberg) was also verrrrry verrrrry friendly.
There is nothing, absolutely nothing, that could have spoiled our vacation, everything was perfect.
For the tech nerds, yes, it's a 75" TV! In vacation you don't need a TV...but yes! After all, you are there for one to two weeks at home, and not all guests are awake for the same time, so NETFLIX can be very valuable! We would be very happy to be guests in this house again sometime. So far, Zandvoort has always been our favorite destination on the Dutch North Sea coast, but now that has changed, Julianadorp and Den Helder, as well as the small surrounding villages, are very beautiful, and everything is accessible by bicycle.
So, now I have wanderlust. I wish all future guests a lot of fun. You will not regret choosing this "vacation house"!
**Tip, somewhere on the way to Den Helder (70km/h) is a speed camera, always drive carefully, going 13 km/h over will cost you 75 EUR :o)
