Description
Through a corridor you enter the new open kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, Jura coffee fully automatic, additionally a coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, oven and a gas oven. A kitchen package (dishtowels, Spültaps, dishcloth and dishwashing) are offered for free.
The high quality and cozy furnished living room is very convenient. The large 49 inch television invites to beautiful evenings in the winter months the fireplace with a glass of wine (1 bottle of good wine is from us for you) a. A DVD collection of films is available.
The living room leads to the large terrace which is equipped with beautiful garden furniture, awning, glass windshield, 2 beds and barbecue grills. Unfortunately, at the moment no pictures available.
On the ground floor one bedroom is equipped with a 0,90m x 2,00m bed a quality Madratze.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is also new. (Hair dryer, magnifying mirror, etc. available).
Upstairs are two bedrooms. One room has a Boxspringdoppelbett ( ) and two generous closets and a television. The second bedroom is also with two Einzelboxspringbetten (each 0,90m x 2,00m) which optionally can be pushed together equipped. Also there is a TV available. All German programs.

Location and surroundings of object
At the 30 km long thin chain of North Holland between mountains and the Helder Julianadorp is an Zee. There is a nice shopping center (Aldi, Lidl u. Deen), the fishmonger de Boer, a good Eiscafè, many restaurants and cozy cafes, several doctors and a pharmacy and other fine shops.
The house is situated in a small and quiet park right on a large plot surrounded by tulip fields. They have a car park in front of the house. The house has a large 450sqm beautifully landscaped garden, which is fully fenced and is overgrown with hedges. A large playground is available in the park. On the other side of the road to the park is a 9-hole golf course (including golf lessons), 6-hole Family Golf (built 2016) (for anyone), mini-golf and a new subtropical swimming pool (giant slide, jacuzzi, children's pool).
Julianadorp aan Zee was awarded the "Blue Flag". The beach was determined for its cleanliness and high quality. The stunning sunsets to be enjoyed "Paal 6" (open all year) or at a beach walk necessarily at the beach restaurant.
There are great destinations give cause to boredom such as Den Helder Fort Kijkduin, Marine Museum, the lighthouse Huisduinen, harbor, market. Texel: by ferry every half hour from Den Helder. Alkmaar: Historic Old Town, canal cruise, cheese market. Issel-Sea: Afsluitdijk, Medemblick, Horn. Amsterdam: Canal cruise, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Anne Frank House. Beverwijk: biggest Bazaar in Europe.
A stable with 2 riding halls and guest boxes are nearby. Beach rides on Leihpferden or own horses is possible.

Hervorragende Unterkunft
Bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll und professionell eingerichtetes Ferienhaus! Die Sauna hat uns zwei verregnete Novembertage (soll vorkommen ;-) gerettet! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen!

Tolles Familienwochenende im Strandhaus Juliana
Wir waren für ein Wochenende im Strandhaus Juliana und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind (4 Jahre) mit Hund im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ausreichend Platz, alles sehr sauber und gemütlich und besonders der Kamin, der Garten und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung haben begeistert. Der Strand ist mehr oder weniger um die Ecke und auch ein Kinderspielplatz ist nah dran. Die Vertragsabwicklung und auch die "Schlüsselübergabe" waren völlig problemlos und sehr mieterfreundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
Das Strandhaus Juliana ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Yperhof Park in dem dieses Haus steht ist sehr gepflegt. Der Garten ist recht groß, die Terrasse ist mit schönen Möbeln ausgestattet. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen, wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in dem gemütlichen Haus.

Sehr schön eingerichtet Häuschen
Wir haben schon viele Unterkünfte in/um Julianadorp gemietet. Dieses gehört definitiv zu den schöneren, hochwertigeren Häusern.
Man merkt sofort, dass die freundlichen Inhaber selbst auch gelegentlich vor Ort sind. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wäre es so, würden diese sicher für den nächsten nachgebessert werden. Alles ist hell, modern und sauber. Wir waren zu viert samt Hund hier und buchen sicher noch mal. Der Park liegt ein paar Meter entfernter von Paal 6 / 7 dafür näher am Ort für die Einkäufe.
Es macht alles ein sehr gepflegten Eindruck, so dass man sich gut wohlfühlen kann.

Sehr schöner, sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub
Wir waren vom Strandhaus Juliana restlos begeistert. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Das Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt...umso dankbarer waren wir für die Infrarotsauna am Ende
eines langen Strandspazierganges.
Zur Tulpenblüte mit Sicherheit ein Highlight.

Spitzenklasse
Das Haus mit eigenem Parkplatz ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man im Urlaub gerne hätte. Frau Knickenberg war sehr zuvorkommened, alles hat prima geklappt und wir (eine Familie, 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und 1 Hund (Landseer)) haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr gutes W-Lan, TV und Küchenausstattung sind top. (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Fahrräder vorhanden ) Die Grundstückslage innerhalb der Anlage ist auch super, das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt - für Hundehalter sehr zu empfehlen ! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schöne Urlaubswohnung mit neu eingerichtetem 2. Bad ! Sehr gutes W-Lan, TV und Küchenausstattung sind top. (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Fahrräder vorhanden - eigene sind natürlich besser) Die Grundstückslage innerhalb der Anlage ist auch super, das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt - für Hundehalter zu empfehlen ! Für den Weg zum Strand wird ein Rad benötigt, zum laufen etwas weit.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhigem Yperpark
Das Haus mit eigenem Parkplatz ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man im Urlaub gerne hätte. Frau Knickenberg war sehr zuvorkommened, alles hat prima geklappt und wir (ein Paar zwischen 20 und 30) haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ok, es liegt direkt vorm Golfplatz und etwa 1 km vom Strand entfernt, mit den Fahrrädern ist man in 5 min dort, auch Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen!
