Description
on the middle floor of the house is the large living-dining room with SAT-TV and exit to the terrace with sea view and exit to the large private pool (4 x 10 metres with Roman steps) and the pool terrace, which is equipped with sunbeds and parasol, with green area near the pool and brick shower. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and exit to the breakfast terrace. Also on the middle floor of the house is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom which has a shower and bidet and a dressing room. The toilet is separate, just outside the entrance to the bedroom.
The upper floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 2 other bedrooms, also with 2 single beds each and exit to the terrace with sea view. Bathroom with shower and bidet and a separate WC.
The hallway to the bedrooms and the living room are additionally equipped with air conditioning. In winter, the house can be heated with infrared central heating.
On the lower floor of the house there is a laundry room with washing machine and a covered open lounge with fridge, shower/WC and sink
For use by up to 10 people:
Should the house be used with 10 persons, guests still have a large, simply furnished room with two single beds and a sofa set available here (for a fee), which is only accessible from the outside. This remains closed for a rental of up to 8 persons.
A car parking space is located on the enclosed property. Additional cars can also be parked outside the property. The garden is beautifully landscaped with palm trees, oleander, buganvilla, various shrubs and lawns. The sun terrace by the private pool is equipped with sunbeds and parasol, a shaded area, fridge and toilet.
The distance to the sea is about 4 km, to the centre of Denia about 3 km, to bars and restaurants about 2 km.
