It is divided into a living-dining room with SAT-TV and WLAN and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all small electrical appliances. 2 bedrooms with double beds. 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower and bidet. A guest toilet is additionally available. Air conditioning in the whole house as well as a gas central heating as underfloor heating and a fireplace make the stay pleasant. All windows with external shutters.

The incomparable location in the village centre Monte Corona of Villa Segaria offers you a unique mountain and sea view, the beach is about 5 km away. There are only single-family houses in the immediate vicinity. Beniarbeig, 90 km northeast of Alicante, 100 km southeast of Valencia, offers a recognized healing climate, surrounded by orange plantations and almond trees in the mountains. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants nearby. The shopping centre "Portal de La Marina" in Ondara, 3 km away or in Denia 8 km away. Denia has a big harbour and many small shops and restaurants that invite you to stroll. La Sella golf courses with 18 holes and Oliva Nova Golf.
