Description
At the foot of the Montgo, Denia's local mountain, is this well-maintained, well-equipped villa for sole use. A cot, high chair and two buggies are available free of charge for the youngest visitors.
Relax in the large garden with private pool and sunbathing areas - eight sun loungers and a parasol are available - or on the elevated terraces with beautiful views of the mountain or the old town of Denia.
The entire property with a plot size of 830 sqm is protected and closed off from the outside by walls and hedges. Through an electric rolling gate you can reach the garage and the parking space in front of the flat door on the property.
The house has an internet connection via WLAN. It consists of 3 double bedrooms with sleeping possibilities for 6 persons. Via the spacious living room with open kitchen you reach the two covered terraces. Depending on the position of the sun and your personal preferences, you will always find the ideal place to stay - sunny to shady.
There are two bathrooms, each with WC and washbasin, one bathroom is equipped with a shower tray.
You can use the large garden including seating area, illuminated pool with Roman steps, outdoor shower and charcoal barbecue or smoker.
A gas barbecue is available on the terrace.
There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use. An iron and an ironing board are also available. There is also a safe in the house for your valuables.
The living space without terraces is approx. 115 m2. The two terraces have a size of approx. 47 sqm, so in total you have approx. 169 sqm at your disposal.

- Living room with dining area, equipped with internet connection with flat screen TV with German SAT reception, air conditioning and infrared radiators (in the winter months the gas fireplace and air conditioning can also be used as heating. In the bathrooms there is also electric underfloor heating)
- Kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven and side by side fridge, crockery, cutlery and pots, kettle and coffee maker. It is equipped for 9 people.
- 2 daylight bathrooms, 1 x with two washbasins and WC, 1 x with shower tray (whirlpool function) and WC
- Terrace with large table and chairs for 6 people and gas barbecue and another terrace with round table and chairs 4 people
The living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with central air conditioning (cold/warm) and infrared radiators.
The house is for your exclusive use, so you can spend an undisturbed holiday here.
Location:
At the foot of the Montgo, you are approx. 3 km from the town centre and the pedestrian zone, and approx. 3.5 km from the beach.
In winter, the sauna in the house can be rented for long-term stays.

Cancellation terms:
If you cancel up to 60 days before the date of arrival, we will charge 30% of the total amount as a cancellation fee, thereafter 75% of the total amount, and from 14 days or less before the date of arrival and in case of no-show, the full rental price. In case of early departure or no-show without prior notification, there is no claim for a refund. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. With your booking documents, you will receive a link to a travel insurance that we can recommend.
