This well-kept villa for sole use is located on a 700 sqm private plot in a beautiful panoramic location in the residential area of Tosal Gros in Denia, on the foothills of the Montgo, the local mountain of Denia. In a quiet residential area - within a dead-end street - you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, which also accompanies you on the various terraces and in the house itself. At the illuminated pool, a barbecue house with barbecue grill and sink invites you to cosy barbecue evenings.
The nightly view of the city of Denia and the illuminated castle will certainly inspire you. Thanks to the existing sound system by the pool (with iPod station), you can spend romantic evenings here with the music of your choice. (The terrace above the pool has been provided with a railing in the meantime).
Different terraces offer you different impressions and dreamlike views.
On the pool terrace with the 9-metre private pool, four sun loungers invite you to relax. An outdoor shower provides cooling in between. Thanks to a solar cell, you can also take a warm shower.
The private property is completely enclosed. Pets are allowed. Access is via an electrically operated entrance gate.
A sunshade provides shady lounging possibilities by the pool. You can also use the spacious, covered shade terrace at the house with direct access from the pool, where another seating set awaits you.
The villa is extensively equipped. An internet connection via WLAN is available for your free use. A staircase leads from the enclosed parking area to the main floor of the villa, at the level of the pool. Shutters and fly screens are fitted to the windows.
The villa can be fully air-conditioned by a unified ceiling air-conditioning system. So even on particularly hot summer days you can always expect pleasant room temperatures. For cooler days in the winter months, the air conditioning can also be used as heating.
The main floor of the villa, with a furnished shaded terrace with a beautiful sea view, is divided into a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa set and satellite TV.
In the air-conditioned living room there is a flat-screen TV with German SAT reception.
A counter serves as a pass-through to the dining group in the dining room.
The modern, open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and other cooking utensils.
The large bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2 metres). The bathroom has a washbasin, shower and WC.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with the second bedroom, equipped with SAT-TV with a separate receiver, so that you can also receive other programmes here independently of the living room.
From the bedroom you reach the large sun terrace on the upper floor with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
The bathroom is spacious (16 sqm) and is equipped with a large shower, two washbasins, WC and bidet. There is also a washing machine in the house for your use.
