The beautifully situated wooden house with a wonderful view of the Salzburg Dolomites is located in the middle of the ski area 'Dachstein-West'. You reach the entrance to the ski run after only 100 m, which even children can easily manage.
With the vehicle you can get directly to the house, in front of which there is room for up to three vehicles.
The house is thoughtfully built and very comfortable and modern furnished.
You enter the ground floor through the porch in the entrance area with ski storage and ski boot dryer. Helmet, ski goggles and jacket find place in the cloakroom. In the shower-bathroom with WC there is a large 9 kg washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The modern kitchen offers every comfort in appliances, utensils and dishes, including dishwasher, induction hob and hot air oven with grill. The large dining table offers enough space for 10 people to eat and play.
From the living room you enter the balcony, which is furnished with a comfortable sitting area with table as well as a bench and a folding table. From the balcony you can also reach the stairs to the garden.
A cosy fire can be lit in the stove. The large LED Smart-TV offers not only (HD-)cable programmes but also the possibility to connect to Netflix or to play DVDs via the Blueray player.
The spacious sleeping area in the attic is reached comfortably and safely by stairs and offers a sleeping area with two double beds and its own LED Smart TV. As the living area is separated by a glass door, the children can make their own programme here and then sleep while the adults sit comfortably together.
In the basement there are 3 double bedrooms with spacious built-in closets. From each room you have a great view of the Donnerkogel through a double wing door and enter the garden through this door.
The sauna can be operated as a bio steam sauna or Finnish sauna. Together with the relaxation room it is also located in the basement. From the relaxation room you can also access the garden to cool down after the sauna or to get into the whirlpool.
Outside there is a barbecue and a table with additional seating and loungers to relax. In the 200 sqm fenced garden, children can play in the sandbox in summer, splash around in the set-up pool and romp around without any worries. In winter our little guests like to build igloos or snowmen in the garden.

Location and surroundings of object
The Salzburger Land is known for its high recreational value. There are numerous lakes, wonderful hiking and nature reserves. Directions: Motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg, approx. 1 km after the border crossing turn right onto the A10 towards Villach, after approx. 25 km exit Golling/Abtenau, towards Abtenau (approx. 24 km), straight through Abtenau, approx. 3 km after Abtenau turn right towards Annaberg, after approx. 8 km (approx. 1 km before Annaberg) turn left towards 'Dachstein-West' and 'Alpendorf', approx. 3 km up the mountain, at the junction to Alpendorf still straight ahead. A warm welcome! Annaberg is located in the Lammertal (Salzburger Land), in the middle of the skiing and hiking area 'Dachstein-West'. The new log cabin is situated in the middle of meadows and forests, with a fantastic view of the Salzburg Dolomites, right next to the ski slopes.

| The object can be booked by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay is 7 nights. Maximum occupancy: 10 persons Prices are per night for the whole chalet plus the tourist tax of 2,00 € per day / person (from 15 years) and one of 300,00 €. Prices include bed linen, WLAN and all additional costs (electricity, water, heating). Please do not forget to bring your towels. On special request you can rent towels from us before the start of your trip. The towel set, consisting of 1 towel (50 x 100cm) and 1 bath towel (70 x 140cm) costs 10,00 € rental fee per person. |
Cancellation terms:
- In the event that you are not allowed to travel for official reasons or it is not possible to start the trip due to the Corona crisis, we would of course credit you the full price of the trip. You could then postpone the trip within a year and start it later.
