Description
Located on a dead end private property is completely finished and has a size of 850 square meters. Find Oranges - and lemon trees and beautiful palm trees and many others, also flowering Mediterranean plants. The entire property is at your sole use ready.
A sauna house is detached directly at the swimming pool.
When Saunahouse a large palm tree, which you donate a natural shade. Here you can wonderfully dozing or sink into a good book. Books you will find plenty in the house. The sauna is well-suited for the cooler season. As the pool is open all year in operation, can be found there after the sauna nice cooling.
Over a few steps takes you to the private pool, which is equipped with a Roman staircase and recessed seat stools and has a size of 10 x 4 meters. A temperature-controlled outdoor shower is ready for cooling in between. The pool is ideally embedded in the garden and therefore offers a view-only area where you can move freely and without.
For relaxation are available four sun loungers with cushions and parasols. On the spacious sun terrace also a barbecue house with barbecue (charcoal) and electric. Table grill, sink and a washing machine.
Find spacious stone sofas, which invite you to linger. Many a barbecue has already taken place here and was the highlight of the entire vacation.
For your car a secure and covered parking is available on the premises.
From the covered carport is accessed via the entrance stairs to the villa.
There is a large, light-filled living room with satellite TV is 50 inches (with international channels), Blu-ray player, stereo, fireplace, large, comfortable sofa, air conditioning, gas-fired fireplace, dining area for 6 people and one with access to the large furnished terrace with views over Denia to the sea. From the dining room takes you to a second terrace with seating.
In addition to the living room is the well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee machine, oven and microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and ample crockery for 6 persons and all the necessities for cooking. Adjacent is a small storeroom in which you can store your supplies.
Here are also 3 bedroom with queen. Beds (2 double beds with 2 single mattresses x and 1 double bed with mattress size x m) and mosquito nets on the windows available. All bedrooms have air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a small balcony with sea view.
Two bathrooms are available. One is equipped with a bathtub and toilet, the other with a shower and toilet.
For the cooler season storage heaters in the living room and the bathrooms powered with electricity available, in addition to the air conditioning (hot / cold) are used. The fireplace in the living room is powered by gas.
An Internet connection via WLAN can for a fee of 15, - be used € / week.

We were already in this house for the second time.
We felt very comfortable here again this year. This house is highly recommended. The on-site support was excellent as well.
