Description
Ca'n Perla is a "slightly larger" family home for up to 10 people. Built in a U shape is Ca'n Perla of a living / dining area, an office, a kitchen, a guest toilet, a master bedroom with bathroom and 4 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The center of the U is designed partly as a covered terrace.
The pool with its dimensions of 5 x 10 meters and with Roman steps always invites to a cooling.
The outdoor grill is not only used in summer and fireplaces in the living / dining room and in one of the bedrooms provide winter warmth. Thanks to the existing heating Ca'n Perla is habitable the whole year!
The bedrooms
Ca'n Perla has a total of five bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with two beds measuring 90 cm X 200 cm, which can be provided separately, if required (depending on the size of the bedroom).
Our beds have a length of 200 cm!
In addition, all bedrooms have ample storage space in cupboards - either as built-in or free-standing enclosure. Each bedroom has a mirror.
In 2013, we renewed the mattresses in all bedrooms. You are now on foam mattresses and we made sure that in each bedroom each have a mattress with hardness 2 and is available with hardness rating of 3.

Where is the Cala Murada?
Cala Murada is located on the (south) east coast of Mallorca, the most visited holiday island of the Balearic Islands. From the airport to Cala Murada is about 65 km and due to the motorway existing to LLucmajor and then very good roads only 50 to 60 minutes driving time. Cala Murada lies approximately in the middle between the two known places Cala D'Or and Porto Cristo.
The village of Cala Murada
The village Cala Murada is an already long existing and functioning urbanization in the South-east of Mallorca.
The existing Urbanisation consists predominantly of houses or villas with appropriate properties. Thus the entire urbanization is very green and is also suitable for long walks. The houses are used both as holiday houses and as normal houses inhabited all year. Thus the urbanization every season is a pleasant place to stay.
In the Cala Murada you will find several restaurants and bars, two supermarkets, two banks, hairdresser, cosmetics, laundry facilities and a post office. From the municipality also has a small library is operated.
The beaches
Cala Murada belongs to the coastal area of Manacor. This coastal area is known for its beautiful beaches and bays, so-called "Calas". These Calas lie in a strip of about 6 km pristine landscape and are generally in an untreated condition. The entire area is designated as "of special interest".
The village of Cala Murada has its name from the appropriate bath bay Cala Murada, which is the main beach of the urbanization. In addition, the Calas and it very easy to reach Domingos Gran Domingos Petit walking.
All beaches are awarded the European Blue Flag for clean bathing water. It is well-maintained beaches with crystal clear water.
In season (April to October) also various service facilities (beach bar, supervision, boat rental) are open to all the beaches.
