Our modern furnished holiday bungalow (approx. 30 sqm) has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00), a living room with a small fireplace, sofa, and dining table, kitchen, bathroom with shower. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed. A satellite TV with DVD player is available for relaxed entertainment, as well as a radio system with USB connection. Additionally, there is a DVD player in the bedroom. In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, a four-burner ceramic stove (no oven), coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, common kitchen accessories, and all the dishes you need.
The house has a terrace on the south side, which invites you to eat, drink, and relax. There is a parking space for one car (gravel area) available on the street. Part of the property is a lawn, since November 2021 with a barrel sauna, another part of the property is left in its natural state. Located on a slope. Accessible from the street via the parking lot and down some steps (staircase with handrail). The property is not fenced.
Garden furniture, parasol, and grill are available.
Wood for the fireplace in the living room must be brought by oneself or obtained locally (e.g., at the nearby hardware store).

The cottage is located in the town of Goldlauter-Heidersbach, right at the Großer Beerberg (982m). Mountainous, hilly setting. Steep approach to the house. The cities of Suhl, Oberhof, and Zella-Mehlis are in the immediate vicinity. A comprehensive range of leisure activities in a beautiful scenic environment makes the trip to Goldlauter-Heidersbach a lovely experience for couples or singles. The house is ideal for hiking, cross-country skiing, and excursions in the area. Perfect for 2 people. Dogs welcome.

Dogs allowed. For multiple pets or other types of pets, please inquire. Due to the hillside location and the stairs from the parking area to the house, the accommodation is not really suitable for those with mobility impairments. The property is partly left natural with vegetation and uneven terrain. For any open questions, please feel free to inquire specifically.

Perfect
What a cute little house ☺️, not the newest and very simple but totally cozy and had everything we needed. For us as dog owners, it was optimal, hiking right from the door and a lot of area in immediate proximity. The barrel sauna in the garden... perfect. The manager was super friendly and helpful. We will gladly come again!

Cute nicely situated holiday home
We are very satisfied with the equipment, the cleanliness and the location of the holiday home. It is ideally located for exploring the area. We felt comfortable and will recommend it to others
Perhaps it would be better to move the chimney access from a horizontal to a vertical position so that the smoke can escape better. It was very pleasant for us.

The vacation home was in an unclean condition without final cleaning. Black mold in the shower, inadequate bed linen, very dirty living room floor, the bathroom does not meet today's standards. Dirty garden chairs, germ-infested grill grate.
Unfortunately, cannot recommend. Have sent photos as proof to the landlady.

Wir hatten eine Rohrverstopfung zu beseitigen. Deshalb ist die Endreinigung am Anreisetag leider spartanisch ausgefallen. Familie F hatten wir informiert. Eine Nachbesserung wurde abgelehnt. Wir haben trotzdem aus Kulanz einen Teilbetrag erstattet.

Super holiday home
It was a very nice holiday, the cottage is very nice and everything there what you need.the sauna Lad to relax. it was very clean and a beautiful environment .we will definitely come again .
