It is 120 metres to the Peene River. We come from Franconia in Bavaria and love this wonderful retreat on Usedom.
01 FLOOR
The place where life happens - an open living-kitchen-dining area with lots of light. The previous owners did a wonderful comprehensive renovation. The house is fully furnished. Just look at the photos...
02 FLOOR
On the 2nd FLOOR there is a separate WC, a shower room and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed that can be converted into a double bed. There is also a comfortable reading chair with a stool to put your feet up.
3 FLOOR
This is the "pirate room". That's what the previous owners called it. The name fits so wonderfully - we're keeping it. It is an L-room with a lot of sloping ceilings, a view of the water and a lot of attention to detail. In the left wing a single bed that can be extended to a double bed (1.60 m). Another bed in the other wing of the L-room: a French double bed (140 cm) on industrial castors for flexible use in the room.

Location and surroundings of object
The entrance to the car park is directly from Dorfstraße, easily recognisable by the stork's nest in front of the house. Often the navigation system does not show the address correctly, so enter Dorfstraße 29, almost all devices will find it. Approach via the Peene bridge.
By train to Anklam, then by bus 101 to Usedom/Schule and from there by bus 282 to Rankwitz Dorf

Advice by the landlord
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Usedom is a wonderful place to cycle, thanks to the many cycle paths.
Delicious food
We can mention the Rankwitzer Hof - friendly-honest-tasty and just across the road!
Water and sea
Whether Achterwasser or Kaiserbad... both are wonderful. It's only 120 metres to the Achterwasser and a few minutes' walk. The 3FLOORS is located in an absolute fishing El Dorado.
