It is 120 meters to the Peenestrom. We come from Franconia in Bavaria and love this wonderful refuge on Usedom.

01 FLOOR
The place where life happens – an open living-cooking-dining area with lots of light. The previous owners have beautifully and thoroughly renovated it. The house is fully furnished. Television. Sofa area. Dining area. Kitchen. Take a look at the photos.

02 FLOOR
On the 2nd FLOOR there is a separate WC, a shower room, and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (extendable). Also a cozy reading chair with a footstool to put your feet up. TV available.

03 FLOOR
This is the "Pirate Room." That's what the previous owners called it. The name fits so wonderfully - we’re keeping it. It is an L-shaped room with a lot of sloping ceiling, a view of the water, and a lot of attention to detail. In the left wing, a single bed (extendable to 1.60 m). Another bed in the other wing of the L-room: a French double bed (140 cm, somewhat low, on industrial castors). Equipment

The entrance to the car park is directly from Dorfstraße, easily recognisable by the stork's nest in front of the house. Often the navigation system does not show the address correctly, so enter Dorfstraße 29, almost all devices will find it. Approach via the Peene bridge.

Water and Sea
Whether it's the Achterwasser or the Kaiserbad... both are absolutely wonderful. It's only 120 meters to the Achterwasser and a few minutes on foot. The 3FLOORS is located in an absolute angler's paradise. Those who seek peace and nature yet sometimes want to go to the Baltic Sea and the imperial resorts are in the right place with us.
