Description
Spacious luxury house 280 sqm on 1,200 sqm lot with oversized pool area. Very near to the beach, very central located to shopping and dining in a quiet residential area. Within a distance of km you will reach the most important objectives in Naples (beach, supermarket, restaurants, shopping centers, gym, etc.).
This comfortable spacious luxury villa was built end of 2014, generously equipped with modern and high quality furniture. The features of equipment offers best quality of living. The floor plan of the house and the outdoor area gives you a very good idea of the generosity. Overall, the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, 1 study, large open kitchen with granite kitchen counter and bar stools, dining area for 8 persons, living room with TV 55 "HD quality (internet). In the east wing of the house you will find a separate lockable guest suite with bedroom with king-size bed, separate bathroom and additional private living room and a kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, sink and direct access to the pool area. The guest suite is ideal for family members who wants to live separate. The house was built in high-ceiling construction (ceilings up to 4 m high), which the generous impression of the interior still further strengthened. The large pool ( mx m) - electrical heatable - with the 250 square meters large pool area south direction - and a spacious covered lanai is fully covered with screen against insects, therefore it allows you a barbecue (BBQ) at the pool until late at night.
Outside of the screen you will find a second small terrace for guests who love to sit outside of the the screen area. Some guests like it very much in winter season!!
Enjoy your vacation in a spacious and very comfortable luxury house in a quiet residential area near to the beach. We provide 4 bicycles for adults. You can walk to the beach, but I recommend to go by bike within 10 minutes or go by car within 3-5 mintes. With the annual pass we provide an annual pass for free parking at Delnor Wiggins Park and thus save $ 6, - per day. (This annual ticket is also valid for all other state parks in Southwest Florida!).
Please enjoy all of the amenities which are nearby, such as restaurants, several supermarkets with high quality fresh food or enjoy the nightlife at Mercato Center.
In the morning you can buy fresh bread at Publix supermarket within 3 minutes by car. You will reach Dunkin Donuts around the corner with super fresh donuts and muffins. For dinner you can choose between steak, pizza, pasta, fish etc., because the restaurants are nearby
Even those who want to enjoy nightlife in the evening in a bar or a pub or go to the movies, you will find nearby at Mercato Center within appr. 3-5 minutes by car (free parking!).
For children we provide toys ( Duplo), board games, puzzles and toys for the beach and pool, high chair, baby cot and bottle warmer.

Very central but quiet location west side of the 41!
You can reach all spots of interest within 3-4 minutes by car (beach, restaurants, shopping, cinema, nightlife, tennis courts, golf courses) with the bike within 8 minutes or you can walk, to the beautiful sandy beach at Vanderbilt Beach (at Ritz Carlton Hotel) or to the beach at Delnor Wiggins Park. We provide the annual pass for Delnor Wiggins Park with free parking, so you safe $ 6,-/day.
Enjoy the beautiful sunsets at the beach by a glass of wine at the strandbar of Ritz Carlton Hotel.
Families with children will like the area too because of the wide sandy beaches
Restaurants and shopping are within walking or bike distance too.
The Mercato dining and shopping center is a gourmet and nightlife paradise of Naples. You will find a large number of good restaurants for everyone. While you stay in a good restaurant for dinner your teens can visit the cinema and the 'in' burger restaurant.
For nightlife visit the well known 'Blue Martini' Cocktail lounge with live music or have a draft beer at the Irish Pub.
The nearest supermarkets, such as Publix or WalMart Super Center (open 24 hours) are also appr. 0,5 away. The exclusive supermarket 'Whole Foods Market' with selected foods (including organic products) is right next to Mercato Center with a wide range of selceted foods, such as meat, sausage, fish, fruit, vegetables, fresh baked goods and confectionery products self-produced, numerous food counters with ready-prepared foods, from appetizers to dessert.
Golf: With more than 60 golf courses is Naples the Golf center of the world. Here you will find more 'Holes' than anywhere else in the United States. The nearest golf course is appr. 0,5 mile away.
Tennis: The next public tennis courts are appr. 1,5 km away. You can reach them by bike of with the car within 3 minutes.
If you like to go to the movies, there is a large cinema with the best films in Mercato Center.

Superhouse!
We, two friendly couples, were allowed to stay in this beautiful holiday home for 3 weeks.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike from the beach.
With a good layout of the house, each couple had their private area with a nice bedroom and large bathroom. The beds had super mattresses!
Everything was well furnished and very clean. The air conditioning is very well adjusted. The centerpiece of the house was the large kitchen with good kitchen utensils. Everything (dishes and cutlery) was sufficiently available, and it was a lot of fun to "work" here.
The large terrace area was the heart of the house, the pool was clean, and the garden area (not visible) was well-maintained. There are plenty of good garden furniture available.
Conclusion: Super house, we would come back anytime. Thank you!

Top location in quiet surroundings and really close to the beach
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
we have been to Naples several times. But this house stands out because of the quiet location and the absolute proximity to the sea, since you don't need a car every time to get to the beach, but can comfortably go by bike.
You feel very comfortable in the house, the furnishing is top, you sleep well and in the pool area you are undisturbed and not visible.
This is our absolute favourite for our next holiday in Florida.

Ahhmazing Home!!!
The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful home. We were a family of 7 to include one senior and this home was perfect for us from the pool to the spacious rooms to everything you could need in the kitchen. Brigitte Biennek was also so responsive with any questions or requests that we had. I would definitely recommend this home and plan to come back here whenever we vacation in Naples.
Did I mention how close we were to Vanderbilt beach and multiple grocery stores? You can’t go wrong with this gem of a home for your family vacation.

Ein echter Strandpalast
A great house with an incredibly large amount of space, tasteful decor, and equipment that is second to none. Beautiful beaches (which can also be easily reached with the bicycles available in the house) and plenty of shopping opportunities are nearby. Also great is the on-site house management, which is always quick and friendly to help if any questions arise. We will definitely come back - five stars are actually far too few for this wonderful holiday home.

More luxury equipment is not possible.
A great big villa. Everything was really there, especially for young children. My granddaughter also made good use of it. For what was all available in the house, I would give 7 stars if I could. I have not experienced a better equipped vacation rental before. The visit was definitely not the last.
