Terms and conditions of the holiday flat
Dear holiday guest,
before you book, please read the terms and conditions carefully.
Terms of payment:
A deposit of 100 Euro is due after the booking confirmation. If the deposit is not paid within 14 days, the contract is void. The remaining sum is due on arrival. In case of non-arrival 80 % will be due. By returning the booking confirmation you accept the terms and conditions.
Cancellation:
The guest may withdraw from the contract in writing if he/she is unable to commence the journey. In this case the landlord is entitled to compensation. In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the trip, 50 % of the rental price will be due. In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the trip, 80 % of the rental price shall be due. In the event of cancellation from the 29th day until the day of arrival, 100 % of the rental price is due.
This only applies to the days on which it is not possible to rent the holiday flat to someone else. The contract cannot be cancelled unilaterally.
Liability:
The landlord is liable within the scope of due diligence for the correctness of the description of the offered service in his brochure and on the internet. However, he is not liable for the information in brochures and internet pages, over which he has no influence. The lessor shall be liable for the proper performance of his contractual service in the event of proven fault. Liability is limited to contractual claims for damages up to the amount of the rental price. The lessor shall not be liable for any disruption of performance in the area of third-party services and damage caused by natural forces.
Damage to the rented property:
The guest is liable for damages caused by him/her in the full amount.
Arrival:
Arrival is between 15:00 and 18:00. In case of a later arrival, please inform the landlord about the delay in order to ensure a smooth occupation of the holiday flat.
Number of persons:
The number of persons, for the respective holiday flat cannot be increased arbitrarily and requires consultation with the landlord.
Pets:
Pets are only allowed after consultation with the landlord.
Departure:
We kindly ask you to leave the holiday flat by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The guest has to treat the holiday flat with care. At the end of the rental period, the flat must be left in a clean and tidy state, dishes etc. must be washed and put away, the refrigerator must be cleared out and rubbish must be taken to the rubbish collection point.
We would like to point out to our holidaymakers to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Dear guests ,
we are pleased to welcome you again. Please note the following rules which have been issued by the Corona Ordinance of the State of MV.
1. Every guest has to present a negative Corona test which is not older than 72 hours.
2. This Corona test must be repeated every 72 hours and presented to the landlord via WhatsApp or mailbox.
3. Alternatively, fully vaccinated persons can present their vaccination certificate and recovered persons can also present a certificate and are thereby exempt from the test obligation, via WhatsApp or mailbox.
4. If you are our guest for professional reasons, these requirements do not apply

Great accommodation and absolutely nice welcome from Mrs Kaufmann
From the booking by phone beforehand to the arrival in Ückeritz, everything was fine. Mrs Kaufmann greeted us very warmly on our arrival. The accommodation was very nice, also great furnished with everything you need daily. The beds were already made. There was nothing missing. A large flat-screen TV was available with all programmes. The only drawback for us was that there was no microwave in the accommodation. Outside in the garden there is a very nice garden set with parasol. Cushions were next to it in the shed. There is a parking space for each guest. A small harbour and several restaurants, ice cream parlours etc. are only a few minutes' walk away.
The main beach is only 5 minutes away by car. There is a large Edeka market and an Aldi within a few minutes' walk. All in all it was very nice and we will gladly come back. Thank you Mrs Kaufmann !!!!
