Description
We rent out a semi-detached house built in 2004 on a sunny plot in a quiet location in the seaside resort of Ückeritz on the holiday island of Usedom. The village of Ückeritz is located at the narrowest point of the island and the holiday home is in the centre of it. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach as well as to the Achterwasser is approx. 1200m (as the crow flies). The way to the sea only leads through the coastal forest, the walk to the Peenestrom, on the other hand, leads through the centre of the village with restaurants and shopping facilities. Depending on the season, there are various leisure activities. The holiday home, which is suitable for a maximum of 4 people and is furnished in a maritime style, can be heated, even with an electric tiled stove with a stove bench in the living room, and has two bedrooms (double bed and double bunk bed) on the upper floor. One of the bathrooms is also located there. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, coffee maker, etc.). In the living room you will find TV with DVD, radio with CD, suitable holiday reading material and board games. On the property you can make yourself comfortable in the beach chair or on the terrace at the fixed barbecue. Your bicycles can be stored in the log cabin. The house has a parking space. It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not welcome! The Ückeritz railway station (Bäderbahn) is an 8-minute walk away. By train you can quickly reach the neighbouring imperial spas (Ostseetherme) or Wolgast or Greifswald.

Location and surroundings of object
The House is situated on a quiet plot into a residential area. The residential area is separated from the beach by coastal forest. The walk there takes about 10 minutes. To bath railway station, there are also 10 minutes 5 minutes, in the city center. The House is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with two other duplexes.
