Very well-furnished apartment. The landlord is immediately reachable by phone and email. Reported defective furnishings were replaced the very next day. Great very quiet location at the edge of the small not so crowded village. For us as dog owners, the location right by the forest with many wonderful paths was perfect. In 15 to 20 minutes through the forest to the beach (or even faster by car). Dog beach right next to the “people” beach. Both water sides - Baltic Sea beach or sports boat harbor Achterwasser - have super nice restaurants. Shopping options Aldi and Edeka are in close proximity to the apartment. Minor drawback: "currently no W-LAN" (but we were informed about it according to the description), our Vodafone network was strong enough there that it wasn't a major issue. Great: fenced, secured parking lot with remote control for the gate for the entire complex. Also very good: insect screens in front of one bedroom and the kitchen window.

From the booking by phone beforehand to the arrival in Ückeritz, everything was fine. Mrs Kaufmann greeted us very warmly on our arrival. The accommodation was very nice, also great furnished with everything you need daily. The beds were already made. There was nothing missing. A large flat-screen TV was available with all programmes. The only drawback for us was that there was no microwave in the accommodation. Outside in the garden there is a very nice garden set with parasol. Cushions were next to it in the shed. There is a parking space for each guest. A small harbour and several restaurants, ice cream parlours etc. are only a few minutes' walk away.
The main beach is only 5 minutes away by car. There is a large Edeka market and an Aldi within a few minutes' walk. All in all it was very nice and we will gladly come back. Thank you Mrs Kaufmann !!!!

It was a wonderful vacation. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and was better for us than our requirements. The accommodation was very nice, comfortable, well located, and very tidy and clean. Nothing bothered us or was lacking in and around the accommodation. Booking the accommodation was straightforward, and the contact with the rental was very pleasant and friendly. We were even offered a one-day extension of our stay, which we gratefully accepted. We will and would book there again.
