Cozy, well-maintained, lovingly furnished house to feel good in

We have been coming to the Bungalowpark Strandslag for many years and have rented several houses (mostly privately). Starfish 252 from the Toewe family is truly an absolute oasis of well-being. Located very quietly and sheltered at the edge of the park, but still, you are just a few steps away from the car and it takes only a few minutes to walk to the beach. The furnishings of the house are very lovingly and cozily arranged, everything is very clean and well-maintained - simply a place to feel good. The entire contact with the Toewe family is improbably friendly, open, and simply nice :-) We are already looking forward to our vacation next year at Seestern 252 :-) Thank you very much for everything :-)

The "Starfish" in the "Strandslag" park is quietly located at the edge of the park, yet the beach can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Additionally, the property is securely fenced, so nothing stands in the way of a vacation with dogs. Contact with the landlords is always prompt and consistently friendly.

A beautiful week in North Holland

We were here for the 1st time in Julianadorp and in this holiday home and would book here again at any time. We were here with our Goldie and had a great time. The bungalow park is beautifully laid out, very well-maintained and clean, and you can take great walks through the park. Just a 15-minute walk away, you reach the wide and kilometer-long sandy beach. Our dog and we had wonderful hours there every morning. The holiday home is located on the edge of the park and does not have a direct parking space at the house, which we saw as absolutely positive, as it is very quiet here. However, the parking space belonging to the house is just a few steps away. The house is nicely furnished and the furniture is consistently comfortable.
The landlord was always reachable on short notice via WhatsApp - thank you for that :)
We would love to come back!

Top house, top amenities

After such bad luck in the summer of 2024 with our house, and having to leave early, we decided to make up for it this week and ended up with the Toewe family.

We did not regret it and it clearly showed us how it can be done.

House in Julianadorp

We booked for the first time through the Toewe family. The house and the location are as described. When I opened the door of the house, I was immediately excited. The furnishings are very nice, and you feel right at home. Everything you are used to in your own home is really there. There is well-functioning Wi-Fi, which can be easily set up on your phone. We were there with one dog. The garden is very well fenced, with a great seating area, sun loungers, sun umbrella, etc. The washing machine and dryer are separately located in the adjoining room. The kitchen is also equipped with everything one needs. The contact with the Toewe family was warm and quickly established. The surroundings are beautiful, and it took us about 15-20 minutes to walk from the house to the beach. The beach is also stunning and very clean. There is a beach pavilion directly at the beach entrance. With the car, you're a few minutes away from Lidl, in Den Helder (ferry to Texel), etc.

We like everything so much that we have booked again for next year right away.

Very tastefully furnished

We had a very nice time with our greyhounds at "Seestern 252", the house is beautifully modern and cozy furnished. The garden is great if you have dogs, it is fenced in high. We did not miss anything, washer/dryer all there.

Always great

I could give a very long review here (in a positive sense). The equipment and the location are just perfect. You arrive at your holiday accommodation and WOW..... everything is there, everything included. Super cozy. I spoke with many people in this beautiful holiday resort who were not so satisfied with their accommodation. I recommended the Toewe family. What comments will come from these people in a few days......Oh, they take a 250.00 € deposit. Exactly RIGHT..... where is the problem!? Everyone gets it back, if I leave the place as I found it. For your information: Departed on Saturday, complete deposit on my account the following Wednesday. We will definitely come back. It was the 3rd holiday accommodation we were able to get to know from them. All were perfect. Hopefully see you soon.

Wonderful - as always wonderful.

This is now the 4th house that we have rented with the Toewe family and, as always, everything is great. The garden is a dream- surrounded by a dense hedge, you have a lot of privacy. We liked the location on the outskirts, in the morning you could hear the sound of the sea. The house itself was tiptop clean and had everything you need. 12 Paws on a Journey

After spending our vacation last year in the holiday home De Keizerskroon 211, this year we stayed in the Seestern 252. The location directly behind the dunes is ideal, of course. A short walk and the dogs could frolic on the miles-long beach. The house is quietly situated at the end of the park and is very well equipped. The living/dining room also offers enough space for 3 dogs. In addition, there is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Everything was very clean again and there is no shortage of dishes and cutlery. The garden provided plenty of space for the dogs, only the fence could be a bit higher. This led to some encounters at eye level. Two bikes were available for short trips. Julianadorp has all the necessary shops within a short distance. Just around the corner, there is the delicious Snackbar Van Foreest and Den Helder is just a stone's throw away. It was again very relaxing days on the Dutch coast. Next year we will go to Tormentil.
P.S.: In between, we missed the beautiful large sofa landscape, the Smart TV, and the winter garden of the Keizerskroon. ;-)

Pure relaxation!

Dear Toewe family,
finally, after a break of three years, we are back in Julianadorp an Zee and after four days we are more than happy and recovered.
We felt completely at home in their Seestern 252. Here you can come down immediately, have a lot of fun, conquer the mega beach with the dogs (a real experience with hurricane-like gusts) or start a few excursions.
The house is cosy and quiet. The garden is perfect for two senior dogs to snooze and get some fresh air. The two senior dogs also settled in quickly and like us enjoyed the peace and quiet after exciting dog fun encounters relaxing on the beach.
Thank you for your very attentive and uncomplicated communication during the booking process.

The perfect holiday home for a dog holiday in North Holland

We spent a week in this great holiday home.
There are really only positive things to say: the house is simply beautiful, tastefully and comfortably furnished and perfectly equipped (we really can't think of anything that would be missing there). In addition, it was very clean and we have never had such comfortable beds in a holiday home.
In addition, it is very quietly located in the beautiful, well-kept park "Strandslag"...you can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes...it is fantastic for people and dogs, spacious, clean and beautiful. And from Julianadorp you can make great trips, e.g. to Alkmaar or to the pretty places on the Ijsselmeer.
We are thrilled and will definitely be back!

Entspannung

The house is located somewhat at the edge of the park. It is super quiet. Shielded from view by high hedges. Nice big garden to chill or play. There is also a proper oven here.

For the 4th time, I am visiting Seestern 252 with my family, at the Toewe family's place. It is child-friendly, close to the beach, on the ground floor, and very clean. From my 6-year-old son to my 92-year-old grandma, everything is perfectly set up here. Always a pleasure!

Best house ever!

We were able to spend 2 very relaxing weeks in this lovingly furnished house. Everything was just perfect! The house is very quiet at the edge of the holiday park. What I particularly liked about Seestern was that everything is on one level, the bathroom is a reasonable size, and there is a guest toilet. We felt completely comfortable there, even on the days when the storm was raging around the house and it even snowed in North Holland one evening. The escape-proof garden was perfect for the dogs! The booking and communication with the landlords were straightforward! The holiday park is very nicely laid out and ideal for a short evening walk with the dogs! I have already recommended the house to others! We would love to come back again!

Carefree holiday in a great holiday home

For the second time, I stayed with 3 dogs in a vacation home owned by the Toewe family. The house fully lives up to the description provided on various websites. It is located on the outskirts of Strandslag, with no through traffic, making it incredibly peaceful. While dogs are welcome, you wouldn't even notice that they regularly stay there: the house is spotless and suitable for non-dog owners as well. The contact with the landlords is very friendly and always prompt. The house offers ideal conditions for activities with or without four-legged friends due to its location. I recommend this accommodation without any reservations!

Wonderful!

We were able to spend a very relaxing week in this very beautiful holiday home! Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. The kitchen is super equipped with everything needed for cooking. It's great that the house has two toilets! The beds are very comfortable, and we all slept well! The way to the beach is easily accessible on foot in 15 minutes, which we especially recommend for the sunrise when hardly anyone else is on the beach. VERY relaxing! The landlords are very nice and happy to help!

We have just spent a fantastic week at Seestern 252.
The whole complex is very beautiful, quiet, clean, and absolutely close to the beach.
Seestern quickly proved to be the perfect holiday home for us.

Zum 1. Mal im Park Strandslag

We spent 5 days at Park Strandslag in Seestern 252 with our two dogs. The park is beautifully landscaped with ponds, playgrounds, and ponies to watch. It's only a few minutes to the beach entrance, where you can walk through the park with your dogs. The house stands out for its lovely edge location and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The garden is securely fenced. The parking lot is about 50 meters from the house. 50 meters away from the house, but there is a cart in the shed, so you can easily transport the luggage with it. Unfortunately, we didn't know this upon arrival and still lugged it :-).
We could have left our chimney starter for the grill at home as well. Because it is also in the shed. Best regards to the Toewe family! Landlords who care that their guests feel comfortable.

Friendliness and pleasure

We spent a lovely time for 5 days with our 3 Dalmatians in the holiday home, which is truly furnished with love. The house is located in a park which you enter through a one-way street. The house is in the last third of the park and there is a parking space available. Next to it, there are also 3 to 4 parking spaces, which seem to still be available if needed. A bit inconvenient for us was the fact that the parking space is located about 50m away from the holiday home. As it rained heavily both on arrival and departure, everything was a bit of a challenge. In good (dry) weather, it would certainly not be a problem. In terms of amenities, everything needed for a pampering stay was available. We only missed a few more shelves, especially in the kitchen. However, the furnishings of the holiday home are truly high quality and meticulously detailed with a lot of love. We were really very happy that we were allowed to move in with our 3 Dalmatians, for this we would like to extend our most sincere thanks once again. However, it is particularly noteworthy the extremely friendly and always very prompt contact with the landlords. You can reach out anytime via WhatsApp with questions or issues and within a very short time, you receive a fitting response, which in our case always led to success. Only this is truly not a matter of course and therefore particularly noteworthy. The location of the house is generally good, although you can get lost in the park. The beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, and it is really wide and very beautiful. The region is overall ideal for hiking or longer walks, but those who prefer architecturally beautiful cities should look elsewhere. However, we definitely felt comfortable since we prefer the former. Unfortunately, my wife was already heavily cold from the beginning, so we returned 6 days earlier, which was really not easy for us, but more reasonable.

Vacation in Holland

We stayed in the house for 2 weeks, our first time in Holland, and felt very comfortable. The resort is well-maintained, the house is cozy and nicely furnished, and the location is peaceful. We lacked nothing. The landlords are very nice. The proximity to the beach is great, and it's perfect for excursions in the area. The bicycles provided were great as well. Our dog was very happy here too. We already booked again for next year :)

As the title suggests, it was a wonderful vacation.

The house is decorated with great care and very cozy; we immediately felt comfortable.

The location is great, on the edge of the resort, and the garden is completely surrounded by a high hedge, so you really have your privacy. The garden is nice and big, perfect for sunbathing and spending time.

We had incredibly good weather, even at 31 degrees, the house did not overheat or anything. 100% recommendation. The contact with the Toewe family is great as well. (I have already recommended the house to some friends who like to travel to Holland with a dog). Looking forward to next year!

It was again a wonderful vacation at the holiday house Seestern 252, the house is located optimally in a quiet area, the garden is enclosed and not visible from the outside, we felt very comfortable and will recommend the house 100%, our neighbors were already asking for the address :-)
We didn't miss anything, everything you need is available. Very cozy and tastefully furnished.

Nice holiday home in a quiet location

Unfortunately, the parking lot of the house is a bit further away, so you cannot unload your luggage directly in front of the house. The advantage, however, is that you don't see or hear passing cars.

The house is nicely furnished with great attention to detail. The garden with a high hedge is not visible from the outside.

The house is clean and well-maintained.

Our heating briefly went out - a phone call, and Mrs. Toewe took care of it very kindly and quickly. We liked the sofas visually, but they were not really comfortable. Also, the promised oven according to the description cannot be compared to German standards, and baking/cooking was actually not possible.

But all in all, we had a nice, quiet, and relaxing holiday.

Urlaub

I would have wished for better kitchen equipment. Parts were missing or defective. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable. Everything else was perfect. The appliances were all there and in order. It lacked small things. For example, a mixing spoon. Pot was broken, etc. But we would book with you again at any time.

Nice holiday with the dogs!

Unfortunately, the few days passed by too quickly...
The beach can be reached within minutes and is truly beautiful, kilometers long, dog-friendly, and clean!
We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment, the lovingly furnished rooms with special details made it very easy for us. Our dogs also enjoyed it. A highlight was, of course, the large, opaque, and fenced garden!
We would love to come back, looking forward to next time!!!

Perfekt

For us (4 people + 1 dog), it was a perfect stay at Seestern. Location top, furnishings top. Within a few hours, we felt right at home. The attention to detail is wonderful. We only had to realize that 1 week went by far too quickly. Next time, we will stay longer. One detail that significantly sweetened our vacation is the fenced and private garden with the high hedge. You can sunbathe and relax in the garden without any problems. The dog wash station on the premises of the holiday village is a hit. Our Klara was just one sand monster. . . !
Everything you need and much more was there.
The only thing we couldn't find was the iron. But on vacation, wrinkled is fine ;)))))

Relaxing weekend at Seestern 252

We once again spent a beautiful extended weekend at Seestern 252. It is cozy and stylishly furnished, and as always, we lacked nothing. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in June (1 week) in a holiday home of the Toewe family. :)

Ideal holiday home for a vacation with a dog

We had very nice days in this holiday home together with two dogs. We lacked nothing, the furnishings are modern, everything was clean, and the garden is completely fenced in, so the dogs could play there without worry. The way to the beautiful beach is short, the dogs could run free there all day in the off-season, and the surrounding area with its vast tulip fields is especially beautiful to see in spring. We felt very comfortable there and look forward to returning.

Wonderful.

Very nice landlords, very beautiful and loving furnishings, nothing is missing. Perfect is the location of the house, secluded garden, hardly any "through traffic", ideal for people who prefer peace and privacy. Also, excellent for a dog. We are happy to take a few more steps to get to the sea. Overall, a very nice well-maintained complex in the holiday village. Very nice staff at the reception. Beautiful beach, great cozy and modern beach location, especially for the younger generation. Many beautiful destinations if you want to experience something different. We recommend this cottage 100% and would always love to be a guest there again.

Great family vacation in a stylishly furnished holiday home.

The house Seestern 252 is located in a quiet area in the holiday home park Strandslag. The property is surrounded by a hedge, providing privacy. The furnishings and equipment leave nothing to be desired.

There is a large playground on the premises. The beach can be reached in about a 15-minute walk (with a wagon). Various shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity. Even in bad weather, there are plenty of leisure opportunities (indoor playground, swimming pool, etc.) near Julianadorp.

The contact with the landlords was uncomplicated and very nice. Our children, our dog, and we felt very comfortable. We will definitely recommend the Seestern!
