The holiday home is located near Winterberg, Willingen, Olsberg, Brilon and Schmallenberg.
Ideal starting point for hikes, lookout points on steep mountain slopes reveal beautiful panoramic views. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the forests.
The Rothaarsteig is very close to us as well as the Ruhrradweg. The Sauerland mountains offer many recreational opportunities, such as hiking, skiing or just relaxing and unwinding. The holiday home is located in the rural and idyllic Elpe, a small district of the town of Olsberg
It is located in Olsberg-Elpe, 12 km from Winterberg. In the village you will find the South Tyrolean bakery. There you can buy fresh rolls, have breakfast and pizza
There is a playground for children in the centre of the village.
In the neighbouring village Siedlinghausen is an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. You can also do your daily shopping in Siedlinghausen.

Great holiday apartment
We spent 3 wonderful days with our two children in the holiday apartment and the great surroundings. The landlords are very nice and always helpful. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. We would spend a few days there anytime again. Best regards, Family Alsen

Cozy apartment
We were in this beautiful, cozy apartment for two nights. The landlords are just great. Very nice, especially helpful and open-minded. We felt very comfortable as a group of three and would definitely come back. Keep it up and best wishes from beautiful Ammerland ;-)

Everything great

Sauerland pure nature
For the second time, we spent a week in Elpe and felt completely comfortable with the Völlmecke family. The holiday apartments are cozy and lovingly furnished, and apart from a dishwasher (which is not essential), everything you need is there. The children were thrilled to visit the animals (two rabbits, a pony, chickens, and two cows) in the barn/pasture, and the highlight was the birth of the calf at the end of our stay. In addition, there is a trampoline, two swings, and a nice playground 200 meters further in the village. Fort Fun is just around the corner and definitely worth a visit. The landscape around Elpe is wonderful, the hike to the largest waterfall in North Rhine-Westphalia (3 km away in the village of Wasserfall) and a hike to the Bruchhauser Steine are worth it.

Simply classy
It was a great time, with nice landlords, very fond of children and helpful, cosy and clean holiday flat.
We would have liked to stay longer.
Elpe is a beautiful place like a picture book.
There are many excursion possibilities, adventure playgrounds, amusement park, hiking, skiing etc..
