Welcome to Rustiko La Fontana! The house comprises a total of 3 apartments with 9 beds plus 6 additional sleeping places on sofa beds. The wonderful courtyard with summer kitchen and grill, which is used communally, is ideal for groups and large families and invites you to shared meals and cozy evenings. There is also a foosball table there. Due to its location in the original village center of Oldesio, close to the church and the well that gave its name, you immediately feel transported back to old times. The combination of antique finds and comfortable furnishings creates an atmosphere of coziness and well-being. Perfect for rest and relaxation.
The Apt. Mimosa has 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom, and a balcony with a wonderful lake view. The Rosa apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a living-dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, and a balcony with a wonderful view of the courtyard and the church.
The third apartment, Viola, has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed.
Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a utility room with washing machine complete the offer. All apartments are accessible via stairs. The cars can be parked in the courtyard, but to avoid taking up space it is recommended to use a public parking lot 50m away. The access through the old alleys is also rather narrow. There is sufficient space for bicycles and motorcycles. If needed, a vaulted cellar can also be used as a common room upon request.
