The house was renovated and kompett total includes 3 apartments with a total of 9 beds plus 6 other places on sofa beds and the magnificent patio with summer kitchen and barbecue, the one uses Collective, ideal for groups and large families. For children there is a playhouse and a wading pool. Due to the location in the original center of Oldesio, near the church and the fountain standing as namesake Pate, you immediately feel transported back to ancient times. The combination of ancient artefacts and comfortable furnishings create an atmosphere of comfort and well-being. Perfect for rest and relaxation. The Apt. Mimosa has 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom and balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment Rosa has 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed and balcony with stunning views of the courtyard and the church. The 3rd apartment Viola has 1 double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. Satellite TV and a utility room with washing machine completes the offer. All apartments are accessible via stairs.
The cars can be parked in the inner yard, but in order to not take the place itself recommends a public car park. For motorbikes there is ample space. If necessary, can be used as a meeting room on request and a vaulted cellar. Children and dogs are welcome.

The Rustico La Fontana is located on the sunny side of the town of Tignale in a beautiful panoramic location in the district Oldesio just km from the main town Gardola where there are all the shops, cafes, restaurants, doctor and pharmacy.
It is about 7km to reach lying above the lake on a beautiful network of panoramic road in a few minutes. From the apartment balcony Mimosa you can enjoy an incomparably beautiful view of the lake and the opposite Monte Baldo massif.
The plateau Tignale is a popular recreation and recognized health resort on the western shore of Lake Garda, about 500 meters above the lake, with the 6 districts Piovere / Oldesio / Prabione / Olzano and Aer well as the Gardola.
