The comfortably furnished apartment for 2 - 4 persons is located on the ground floor of a two-family house on a hill between Tignale districts Gardola and Aer, about 500 meters above the lake.
About a separate entrance on the terrace you enter the bright apartment. You enter the cozy living-dining area, which is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi and kitchenette. Here you will find everything you need for preparing a fine meal. This can be enjoyed on the covered terrace / portico or completely outside on the lawn with a breathtaking view of Lake Garda. Evening glint the lights on the lake with the stars in the sky to the bet and will charm you.
The apartment also has a bedroom and a bunk bed, which is located in a passage space between the main rooms and a shower room.

Bad mattresses and mold in the bathroom
The handover of the apartment was on time and can be rated as reliable. The view is enchanting. The access road is only for experienced drivers with strong nerves. A dog paradise only to a limited extent. The terrain is great when dogs are fixated on their family. This is the case for us. Hiking trails right outside the front door: none, although Ms. Heissel confirmed hiking trails upon explicit inquiry. Hiking trails! I couldn't see any. Just drive around the region with dogs to go hiking. In about 15 minutes, you can find what you're looking for. 15 minutes of travel time, mind you. The apartment: clean, the furniture from the 70s, and the mattresses a disaster. We complained about the mattresses to Mrs. Heissel over the phone, and we were promised new mattresses. Unfortunately, didn't happen. Booked for 10 days and left on the 4th day. Worms were crawling on the floor that constantly needed to be removed. Mold in the silicone joints of the shower tray. Mold spores above the shower tray on the ceiling. The obligation to leave the apartment in broom-clean condition with a scrubber parked in the corner??? What??? Never again this apartment. And hardly do you complain, you get sassy emails from a Ms. Heissel who has obviously completely lost control over herself. So, dear Ms. Heissel: if you feel prompted to comment on my comment: feel free and don't hold back. Your sassy manner is not needed by anyone. Step it up. Guten Morgen liebe Frau Rossa, danke für die Zeit für die Bewertung, wenn auch komplett ungerechtfertigt und unwahr. Hier nur die Richtigstellung zu den Matratzen: Wenn man mich betrunken anruft und anschreit und etwas reklamiert am Abend des 2. Tages ist es schwierig, ruhig zu bleiben, gebe ich zu. Deswegen die Bitte aufzulegen und nochmal zu telefonieren, wenn Sie sich beruhigt hätten. Nichts desto trotz habe ich sofort mit der vor Ort zuständigen Person gesprochen. Am Vormittag war Loredana dort und da haben Sie nichts erwähnt, alles wäre super. Sie haben ja auch eine Whatsapp geschrieben, wie schön alles ist. Das wäre der Zeitpunkt gewesen, die für Sie ungünstigen Matratzen auszutauschen. Loredana war dann bei Ihnen und hat Ihnen den Matratzentausch für den kommenden 3. Tag angeboten. 2 x war sie dort und hat sie nicht angetroffen. Wie mir Loredana bestätigt hat, war aber vor Ort der Tenor Ihres Mannes, dass alles i. O. sei. Von Schimmel oder anderen Dingen keine Rede. An dieser Stelle spreche ich mein absolutes Vertrauen in unsere Reinigungskräfte vor Ort aus. Die Wohnung war 100% i. O. Die ganze Saison war komplett belegt und unsere Gäste durchweg zufrieden. Zudem kann man in diesen Fällen bei sachlicher Meldung ja auch gleich Abhilfe schaffen. Sie sind aber am morgen des 4. Tages gleich abgereist, bevor jemand überhaupt eine Chance hatte, sich um irgendetwas zu kümmern bzw. Sie anzutreffen gleich am Tag nach Reklamation. In den mails habe ich Sie sachlich über den Stand der Dinge und die Infos meiner Kontaktperson vor Ort auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Mein Name ist übrigens Hiesel, das sollten Sie eigentlich wissen nachdem Sie im Vorfeld der Buchung schon mehrfach stornieren und wieder umbuchen und doch nicht stornieren wollten wegen gerichtlicher Probleme, etc.. Nun bitte ich um entschuldigung, wenn ich für Sie wieder "pampig" erscheine aber mir ist als Vermittlungsagentur in 15 Jahren auch noch nie ein so unverschämter und unsachlicher Gast untergekommen. Dies gerne als Gegenbewertung.

The apartment is very nice and the view of Lake Garda and the tranquility is really great for relaxing. We were received very, very nicely, had a very nice week and felt comfortable.
We have to complain about the terrible mattresses, they really need to be replaced, they are worn out and you don't want to turn around because you think you will wake up the guests in the other apartment, the creaking is terrible and it has nothing to do with weight!!!!
Otherwise, we would love to come again.

Super schöne Aussicht
Very nice holiday apartment, the apartment has everything you need. The beautiful view is amazing, very enjoyable with a glass of wine. The sunset is simply great. The apartment was clean and we were very satisfied. We will gladly come back. Thanks for the beautiful days.

Super nice holiday
Nice hostess very friendly not an insanely beautiful view over the lake very quiet the flat was clean and comfortable everything you needed shops for everyday use were also not far everything super any time again.

Holiday apartment with a great view.
I actually wanted to give 5 stars for this vacation rental, but unfortunately, one star has to be deducted because the indicated Wi-Fi did not work or worked very poorly. The other tenants from Apartment 1 have also complained about this.
Unfortunately, we also have to criticize that our predecessors were apparently not as clean, and they left some dirty dishes that were not properly washed in the cupboard. We had to wash everything again. Enough complaining, otherwise it is a great holiday apartment that we book again and again (just like in the last years).

vielen Dank für die konstruktruktiven Infos. Ich hake gleich mal nach, warum das Internet nicht so gut läuft. Aber man darf einfach nicht vergessen, dass die Netze in den ital. Bergdörfern einfach noch nicht so stabil sind wie bei uns (zumindest fast überall). Zudem muss dann wohl auch das Geschirr besser kontrolliert werden. Schade, dass man sich nicht darauf verlassen kann, dass es nur sauber in den Schrank gestellt wird. Aber diese Hinweise sind wichtig, damit man weiß, wieder besser nachschauen zu müssen! Hoffe, Sie konnten Ihren Urlaub trotzdem genießen! Auf bald!
