Description
The spacious and lovingly furnished 3-room flat is located in a family-friendly former holiday complex with a very large pool, sports and tennis court. The beautiful park-like garden, a chess court, table football, table tennis and a playground for the little ones make the complex attractive for all ages.
The flat is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Gardola, the main town of the Tignale region.
With its medieval alleys and churches and beautiful hillside location, the town is unique. There are excellent restaurants, bars and good shopping facilities. There really is everything it takes to feel really at home in a holiday resort.

Location and surroundings of object
The municipal area of Tignale stretches from the lake up to the mountain peaks above the village and thus offers an extraordinarily varied landscape - ideal for all kinds of outdoor sports. You can go on wonderful hikes directly from the house, such as to the pilgrimage church of Madonna di Montecastello, a beautiful waterfall, simply from mountain village to mountain village or simply down to Lake Garda and up again by shuttle bus, for example. Climbing, mountain biking.... - everywhere on the trails there is a fabulous view of Lago di Garda. You can also rent e-bikes in the village.
You can also reach the lake for a swim by taking the free shuttle bus to the beach at Tignale, or you can drive about 15 minutes to the cosy, not yet so touristy little town of Gargnano, with its nice restaurants in the harbour and a beautiful free lido in the olive grove. Limone and Toscolano Maderno are about 20 minutes away, and Salo or Riva can be reached in about 30 minutes. Verona, Brescia or Mantova can be reached in about an hour, and if you are staying longer, it is also worth taking a trip to Venice or Milan, about 2 hours away.
There is also a beautiful golf course in Bogliaco behind Gagnano, about 25 minutes away.
So there are countless possibilities for activities.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Songs we do not have a laundry service on site. So you would have to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Dogs are welcome as long as they are well behaved and do not go on beds and sofas.
They cost an additional 5 euros per day.

Italian Paradise
Despite moderate and cool spring weather, we had a wonderfully varied stay. The surrounding area has so much to offer and the lovingly furnished flat makes you feel at home, so that you are happy to spend a lot of time there even if the weather doesn't cooperate. -
All in all, a wonderful holiday! We can only recommend Tignale, the flat and the complex and will be back in summer.

Super accommodation
A very romantic accommodation, with a beautiful view of Lake Garda. The beautifully furnished flat is always worth a visit. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking, but also for sports enthusiasts. In the small sweet village you can find everything your heart desires.

A dream!
A really nice and well-maintained accommodation.
There was nothing to complain about. In the small town of Tignale there are nice places to go out and all kinds of leisure activities.
The grounds are very well maintained. We always like to come back!
